As far as local Taco Bells go this is as good as it gets. It's clean and the customer service is good.

Always ready for that 3am breakfast lunch combo for me to take to work. Crew is always nice. I do always have to ask for a fresh cholupa. Shell, as they tend to get dried out. Waiting? Because it's very early morning, but they're always accommodating to my needs of asking for a fresh shell. I get the $7 lux box a couple times a week to take the work. I eat the soft taco one. The way to work and then the burrito and the chilupa for lunch later that day And if they are out of cinnamon twist they are always happy to put nachos with cheese dip in the box and the crew, like I said, is always on point. Always great always very friendly

Over 43 minute wait on a mobile order past the promised pick up time. Staff is incrediblely rude and unprofessional. Speed is not their strong suit nor is accuracy. Constantly messing up many customers orders while I was waiting. They weren't even slammed. Just people who clearly don't know a work ethic. Rude to other customers. Complete disgrace to the chain. No manager on duty either. Complete failure of an expirence.

Food was okay it's hard to mess up a taco but going through the drive-thru I'm going to start checking my stuff better because they got the order all wrong. Same thing happened a few days earlier with my girlfriend weather for lunch from her job and they gave her somebody else's order. It doesn't take much mentality to work at a so-called fast food restaurant and it's not a $10 an hour job is more like a lot of $5 job doesn't take much to mentality

No one was at the counter and the app kiosk didnt work properly. Edit, came back weeks later still sucked food was disgusting. Would not recommend at all

Me & my wife are eating in toco bell a lot, in Pomeroy and Charleston and they are best. But this one belpre is seriously the worst. We ordered 2 cantine chicken bowls and that’s what happened: 1. They pull less quantity of food one the plates and charge us the same. 2. We asked extra sour cream and didn’t added it but they charge us extra 65cents for it 🧐 3. The server were rude and disrespectful 4. The tables were very dirty and restroom was a nightmare. We made a decision we eat in this place again.
