Wouldn't recommend this Wendy's. We waited almost 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches.

I have came to this location several times over the last several months. Every time I have had an issue, and I do like Wendy’s and I love the brand as I received a scholarship from Wendy’s in the past. However, this location is ridiculous… Management needs to be switched out. Poor customer service as you never get greeted properly, it’s always “Here” and then they slam window on you. Every time I go the food is either cold, made wrong, missing items, or the flat out wrong items were given to me. As someone that has been in the food service for over a decade, please for the love of god do better. Train and develop your crew better… Will not be returning to this store until the issues have been addressed appropriately. I always do community voice surveys, but your employees failed to give me the receipt I requested. 🥲

We usually go through the drive-thru. I place my order through the Wendy’s app and pickup at the window. Occasionally the drive thru line is backed up and I have to wait. When I get to the pickup window my order is always hot and correct. Don’t be put off by the occasional line, it will be worth the wait.

Upon ordering we stated we had a reward for free chicken nuggets and when we got to the window to pay we forgot to scan our reward. We get to the window to get our food and tell them we forgot to scan our reward so the manager gives us a refund on the chicken nuggets and takes them out of our bag, doesn’t tell us, which was for our baby who now doesn’t have any food and we have to go somewhere else to buy him a separate meal because of this managers rude behavior. Rightfully those were MY chicken nuggets due to them being a reward. She wouldn’t listen to the fact that all she had to do was scan the reward and give us the nuggets but she refused and was rude instead. The manager with dark hair and a septum piercing was the manager on duty and seems to be apart of all these bad reviews so hopefully that location deals with that before she ruins the locations reputation entirely.

Stopped at 1:15 in the afternoon. Service was fast and friendly. My sandwich was good. I was surprised how much the hamburger patties had shrunk since my last visit. Fries were cold. Overall a good visit and I will be back.
