Highly disappointed in the service quality we stood in line for about 25 minutes. Then when it was our turn, we still waited about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there when we got our food, it was poorly made. The employees gave an attitude when we ordered and some of the food wasn’t made to how it was ordered. Glad I’m only passing through, but will not be stopping here again

We were parked for a large and small cheese tot. We asked for ranch dressing for each and when the girl arrived with our order there was no dressing and she told us to go back around to the drive throw which now had a long line to get the dressing. We told her we're not going back through the line you just can't get it we ask. She said i guess I can get it. Unbelievable people, she did get it. Thks for your hard work wow

I have had mixed results here. Sometimes the food isn't too bad and other times it's not that good. More recently it was better.

I went to this Burger King the drive thru and ordered a whopper meal when I got to the window to pay the kind woman said I’m sorry he overcooked your sandwich we are making a new one can you pull ahead and we’ll bring it out I pulled ahead waited at most 10 minutes she comes out with my food hands it to me and again apologized as she handed me my money back as well above and beyond in my opinion there are two fast food restaurants in Berlin the dq and Burger King from here on when I’m in Berlin I will be going to Burger King !
