Their doughnuts and coffee were delicious! I had a s’more’s latte and a cream stick. The cream stick was huge! My husband and I ate in the cafe area, but they also had a sit down restaurant area with menu options.

Started going here when they 1st open as a bakery.At that time they were the best.That is not the case anymore as they want to be more of a coffee shop and their bakery has continuously went down hill.Went today to give them another try and paid $33 for a dozen donut. This will be our last time. Got home and tried the donuts. For the price these donuts should be awesome. Now I'm broke and disappointed.

Eat here! Voted Best Breakfast in Berlin, Ohio!! Small family diner and bakery! Customer service by waitress was exceptional!! Oh yeah, the Food!! I had biscuits and sausage gravy, and home fries! I am left speechless!! My taste buds are singing like church bells!! My Wife had Berlin's Eggs, Bacon, Cinnamon Toast!! The Toast will knock your socks off!! All natural bread with natural yummy cinnamon! Thank you for the best breakfast of my life!! Highly Recommended!!
Awesome, can’t recommend enough, I loved the Bacon egg and cheese croissant and home made breakfast fries, the sweet lady at the drive through even gave my huskies each at no charge bacon whip cream cups. 10/10

Over the past few years there has been an exponential growth in coffee shops in the Berlin area. Usually, but not always, associated with a bakery or cafe. This was our first visit to Der Bake Oven and we were very pleased. Pressed ground coffee in a multitude of flavors. A great selection of pastries and pies. Also very fresh. Convenient parking was a big plus. The free donut with a large coffee is a great deal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms were immaclate. This was our first visit but not our last.
PS, the Creamsicle are out of this world.
PPS i found several of the lower ratings for Der Bake Oven pretty snarky and unkind. It is possible to leave a negative review that helps the vendor improve and gives customers something to be alert to without being necessarily hurtful. These are people, not punching bags.

Good. Please be careful when ordering that the orders be free of any unwanted additives. My words are regarding halal A small, clean, quiet place. The workers are friendly, especially the one who served us food. The prices are average. Water is served with ice and refilled for free. I recommend visiting it.
