I never give a review, but this time warrants a complaint. I always order through the app and typically choose the curbside option. I pull in and mark that I’m here and within a minute or two someone usually brings out my sub. Until today, when I pull in and see two teenage girls standing around doing absolutely nothing.. I see the girl go to the register, which I’m sure has notified her that I am there to pick up my order. Instead, she goes to the back room and never brings out my curbside order. I wait three minutes and decide clearly I have to go get it myself which is fine. I walk in and I say did you not realize that I was here and they both look at me and say no. I said well I marked that I was here in the app. One of the girls smarts off by saying we don’t run the app. I’m well aware of that but I’m also well aware that each and every time I’ve used it in the past I’ve had an efficient and courteous subway worker bring my order to my car. As I was walking out, they both started running their mouth and when I stopped, they quickly quieted down. Subway needs to do better In their training. If I had other options nearby I certainly would choose a different Subway. I’ve also heard in the past that the management is not up to par at this establishment but again I don’t have any other options without driving 40 minutes to the next nearest subway.

I went inside after ordering a sub online there was a line so waited my turn. Then Ashley asked me what can I help you with. I said I have an online order, she immediately snapped and said I have 15min to prepare that, I said OK lol. I waited till everyone was out of the store and said, you know you could have looked at my printed online order and built my sub but you snapped at me very unprofessionally. She began to be confrontational about it telling I was all wrong. I asked for her name Ashley, and she said if you want to know my manager is right her snotty. I’m sure they will deny all of it.

I don’t think I’ve ever received a correct order from here. Always missing something, not just ingredients but entire menu items that still appear on the bill. Never received dips or sauces in the handful of times I go there. Employees are very aloof and clearly don’t want to be there.

I mean I can’t blame them.
