not satisfied with the quality of the food! i will not eat from boston market in bexley, ohio stopped to get late lunch & get back to work least to say not going back they only way to give you a refund instead of making it right with just replacing the meal they knew that food was old!
I give them monster because of the taste of the food. The customer service at this restaurant is really lacking. I was one of two customers and no greeting was given. the cook was more concerned with cutting up 20 chickens then placing my order, needless to say I didn't get any food. This is not the only time I've had horrible service at that restaurant.

Was relying on dinner, for some reason they are closed before 9! People are here wondering what is going on, very dissapointing! Update!Went back the next day was out of chicken by 8:00 pm was told only ribs and meatloaf. In order to eat chicken its better to be there by 6 due to high demand and its better to go to Reynoldsburg location, in which i did the next day, WHICH SUCKS WHEN IM ONLY LESS THEN 5 MINUTES FROM THIS LOCATION! Im very confused!
