This might be the best build your own Mediterranean bowl restaurant I've been to - Cava is second, and the other ones are far behind. The veg toppings are all very flavorful. I recommend asking for extra pickled cabbage. The eggplant and roasted cauliflower are delicious too.
They also have a vegan chocolate chip cookie that is amazing.

Brassica is now one of my favorites in Columbus. It was my first time and everyone was so helpful and allowed me to sample everything to help with my decisions. The roasted eggplant was delicious and the flavors marry together so well! A little pricey but worth it in my opinion!

I love Brassica, truly. But the last few times I’ve been to this location, the service has been rough. It really doesn’t seem like the counter is staffed properly during peak times. Tonight it took 45 minutes just to get through the ordering line. This is supposed to be fast-casual, not a pilgrimage.
My two orders of fries were handed to another customer, who then brought them back. Instead of remaking them (as one might reasonably expect when food has been in a stranger’s hands), they just gave them to me. At that point I was so desperate to escape the infernal line that I didn’t even argue. And of course, when I finally got home, the cookie I paid for wasn’t in the bag.
A few weeks ago, I placed a scheduled to-go order and still had to wait 15 minutes past pickup time for everything to be made. And the time before that, more items were missing when I got home. It’s becoming a pattern.
I am begging - please get it together. I love the food, but the vibes and operations are absolutely abysmal.

So, I usually expect one or more of the items of my to go order at most restaurants to be wrong- I just took this order home without checking first…huge shout out to the young man who prepared my order! Menu items were as ordered, placed in their containers just like the pictures online and portions were generous! That’s saying a lot because they were slammed tonight! Ingredients are fresh and food combos / sauces are so tasty!

The gentleman who assisted my friend and I for lunch was very friendly, professional, and personable. The food is always delicious. For me personally, I don't like to get too many of the ingredients in one bowl though because it's too many flavors and ruins it but when you find a good combination it's delicious!
