From the very start, Chris was collaborative, creative, and worked with us on creating a personalized menu perfect for our wedding day. He was professional and organized - did not forget even the smallest of details. He worked seamlessly with the venue to ensure cooking and serving would happen without any issues. On top of all of that, our guest raved about how our wedding food was the BEST they have ever tasted - even down to the food served at cocktail hour. Chris was great and the food delicious. Came right on time to set up and make sure everything was hot and fresh. Returned early the next day for pickup. First time catering a smaller party (I love to cook) but it was so good and easy. We will definitely do it again.

We had an out of town family gathering for 11 for 9 days and didn’t want to worry about cooking or dining out. An additional complication was a nightshade allergy. Bulldog Catering delivered frozen, individually labeled packages of food that we were able to take with us out of state. The use of their immersion cooker made for easy preparation. Clean up was minimal, too. Favorites included fettucine alfredo, salmon, pesto chicken, rice pilaf, roasted veggies and braised short ribs. Bulldog Catering were a pleasure to work with, delivered on their promises and provided delicious food.

I chose Bulldog Catering because I saw a Facebook post where they said they will work with a client to create a menu the client wants, that I would not have to choose from a set menu. They didn’t disappoint! Our beef short ribs, Alfredo Mac and cheese, green bean almandine, grazing board (charcuterie and crudités), and a chocolate cherry Cabernet ice cream were all delicious! They also made a lovely stuffed red pepper for my vegetarian guests. I did not taste that, but the vegetarians said it was great! I highly recommend them!

I especially like their lasagna and chili, but the tomato bisque, meatloaf, and roasted vegetables are all great too. The staff have been incredibly helpful and flexible with pick ups and deliveries, packaging changes, and so on. They are a delight to work with. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.
