I used to like this location years ago, but this location is horrible now. I don't know if it went under new management but this place is unsanitary just like other reviewers have stated. Pop machine wasn't working properly, chips were stale, utensils all over the place, majority of workers (not all) were taking a long time to assist customers or not helping in other areas, they were out of various toppings, etc. This was my first time back in a while and nothing has changed. New management is needed.

Bad attitudes from counter employees. Was told they serve doordash first before customer in building waiting while they fill their orders first 45 minutes in line then out of food when we get to the front. SAD sorry location

Always dirty and slow. Manager isn’t doing a good job at all. Who else’s fault would it be if your food took 30 to 60 minutes longer?
I’ve tried this location several times over the past year or two and it’s always the same. I’ll never come back and I’ll encourage people I know to not patronize this location either.
Shame.

There is always a problem here. Not all at once but never gets it right. The ice runs out. There's no iced tea. No Tabasco. The chils are ALWAYS stale. I thought I just got a bad batch but they were stale the second time as well. Why are they always stale? Please get it together. I want to enjoy this place.

Seating area was dirty, unable to follow the requests of the customers, need to work on appropriate proportions, drinks and condiments area seemed unhygienic and disgusting, decent parking, steak tasted good, salad could use more lettuce, too much sauce, staff attitude was not bad but tolerable, music was a bit overwhelmingly loud, and trash area was quite full. The place was not very full when we arrived. It would be nice if the tables were wiped more often. I hope some of these can be adjusted and the staff definitely has potential to grow. I'm not one to complain, but this is getting ridiculous! I know, when you train new employees, that you want them to do things the way you want them to them, as a manager. That being said, these portions are getting ridiculous, and you keep raising the prices! Do you really think it's fair to give less and charge way more? I didn't even get a full scoop of rice or meat, and when I said something about it, she asked did I want double meat. I just wanted a fair portion. I could literally count the five pieces of meat that she put on there! I love Chipotle, but this is really getting outta hand!

slow service and it seems like everytime I am there they are out of at least one of the items and they do nothing to make up for it. They should at least have something pasted on the front four saying they are out of something instead of letting me know after waiting on thier long slow line.
