slow service and it seems like everytime I am there they are out of at least one of the items and they do nothing to make up for it. They should at least have something pasted on the front four saying they are out of something instead of letting me know after waiting on thier long slow line.

I am just so annoyed when I wait in line and pay for a bag of chips and get home, sit down to have my dinner after a long day of work and have no chips lol. Just a bunch of high teenagers not paying attention. Not the end of the world but like just please pay attention. It wasn’t even that busy…

This place claims to be open till 11pm but is ALWAYS out of stuff BEFORE 10pm. So may as well close if you’re not gonna prepare for an additional hour let alone 2 hours like when I go. They told me they were out of corn. There was a full bin of corn in front of me so I asked for it and the guy told me that they had to save it for future online orders. Wtf? Why do future online orders get priority over an in real life customer right in front of you. I tried to use a free entrée reward here and it didn’t come off my total and the cashier refused to help me. Horrible service. Plus the place is ALWAYS a wreck. Trashcans over flowing + out of stock napkins/forks every single time I have been in there for the past 3 years I have lived in Columbus.

One of the worst chipotle branch around. All the workers over there are mean and ill mannered. If sometimes if you order something and something is missing they won’t tell you that it is missing, when asked for refund for the missing item they told to get refund from the app and the app is bullshit. It won’t refund you instead give you free meal which is only free if you order over $40. They have good food but it is not always about food only, the experience matters and i had two bad experience at this branch.
Food tasted old..not at all fresh

The worst location in an upscale neighborhood. There always out items. There’s no way that you should be out of fajita at 5:30 in the evening or because you had to call off so You don’t have the items to serve your guests. It seems to be the same problem every time I eat at this location supervisors and managers were no help gave me more excuses Than taking accountability making sure things are in order.
No ice for months. They never have iced tea.

Terrible experience at this location! Went with my fam on 12/19 at 9:23pm to get food. They had pushed the food line back and were sweeping the floor, removing gross debris as they did so. I asked the staff was this necessary around OPEN food on the line. They insisted that this was their night prep for closing (which the store closes at 11pm and it was only 9:23p!). Meanwhile I was disgusted bc they continued making food while cleaning and disinfecting AROUND THE FOOD. I did not order as a result. The next day I called and sp/w a Manager named Anne (or Amy) and explained my dissatisfaction with their sanitary processes around open food. As opposed to hearing my concern and offering consolation, SHE became combative and rude, asserting "This is our closing process!". Mind you I was calm during the convo and had only made a recommendation about their process. While I was still speaking, she got loud and abruptly hung up the phone! Not good customer service AT ALL!! Ultimately I made a complaint through Chipotle Corporate about her abrasive nature. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recommend Anne (Amy, whatever her name is) go back to Managerial training so that she understands how to properly deescalate customer complaints/concerns.

Just drop in for lunch, food tasted okay as usual for Chipotle but - no ice, water in water dispenser warm, no napkins and no sauces available. Basics fail.
Parking: Busy area around noon.

I’ve worked in service industry for 15 years. I hate leaving negative reviews but y’all have a problem at this location and I’ve seen it in restaurants before. The employees are getting so used to pre closing that they aren’t maintaining the restaurant anymore. Tonight I came in at 8:50 (the store closes at 11) and they were completely out of fajitas and completely out of steak and completely out of fajitas. If it was ten minutes to close that would be one thing. If they’d had a rush, that would be one thing. It was a sleepy night. They’d completely shut down the kitchen already and were finishing up the stoves. They already had the mop out in the restaurant. It’s not good. You should have everything that is on your menu at a place like chipotle ideally until you close. You certainly should not be out and have your grill off two hours before close. Bad shop culture needs tightened up. The person that helped me was lovely, he seemed embarrassed that they were out of everything so early.
Stingy with unseasoned chicken.
