I came today & the line was moving slower than molasses. Nobody looked like they wanted to be at work, there was a huge trash barrel in the hallway filled to the brim with trash blocking the bathrooms, & there was no lettuce. My bowl was actually good so no complaints on that but let’s do better with the customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant please.

This place could not be worse. The soda fountain barely works, they are always out of something whether it be chips, salsa, chicken, or beans. The workers are obnoxious and loud. The management is horrendous. This place is terrible

I went to the Bexley location on 12/20-25 around 8:30 in the evening to get me a bowl. The rice was overcooked the veggies was over cooked the countertop was very messy presentation is everything. I come here all the time I was just disappointed this particular evening

I had a frustrating time here tonight. They ran out of chips, ice, water, and napkins in the restaurant. Even when the line was empty, they did not spare the staff to clean the trash from the dirty dining room. The employees were sloppy with my food and careless with customer service. The first employee was kind enough to change her gloves when I requested (I have a wheat allergy) but then she disinterestedly passed my bowl to another employee who had not changed his gloves and handled my food before I was able to request the change. The food was, at least, fresh and tasty.

Wanted to order a large chicken quesadilla. They told me the only way to get a large chicken quesadilla is online. I walked there and didn’t have my phone. I asked if I could get 2/3/4 small quesadillas but make it a large tortilla…. No. Could I order a chicken burrito with just chicken and cheese. Well they won’t put a burrito on “the grill”. The one lady goes “we already have melted cheese” while gesturing to the queso. To this I replied “well that cheese is disgusting”. One of the employees laughed. Because it is disgusting. How do the employees not have the means to ring in an item they sell or allow someone to who would be willing to over pay for a chicken burrito as a quesadilla to actually get one. They weren’t busy. Honestly felt like a Seinfeld level experience. They ignored me for several minutes while waiting to cash out for my mini quesadillas with three sides of sauce I didn’t want. So when the manager lady who suggested the queso asked me what I ordered I said a quesadilla. She charged me 4.50 when I actually got two and then I tipped the 5.50 to the staff. What kind of poorly managed capitalism b.s. allowed the situation to exist where people can’t order what they already make when a person is in person… let alone willing to over pay. To be clear. They could put just chicken and cheese into a large tortilla but they would have to roll it like a burrito and not melt it. They couldn’t put chicken and cheese and fold it in half and melt it. But they could do that with the small tortilla. I almost started lecturing them on free will.

I used to like this location years ago, but this location is horrible now. I don't know if it went under new management but this place is unsanitary just like other reviewers have stated. Pop machine wasn't working properly, chips were stale, utensils all over the place, majority of workers (not all) were taking a long time to assist customers or not helping in other areas, they were out of various toppings, etc. This was my first time back in a while and nothing has changed. New management is needed.

Bad attitudes from counter employees. Was told they serve doordash first before customer in building waiting while they fill their orders first 45 minutes in line then out of food when we get to the front. SAD sorry location

Always dirty and slow. Manager isn’t doing a good job at all. Who else’s fault would it be if your food took 30 to 60 minutes longer?
I’ve tried this location several times over the past year or two and it’s always the same. I’ll never come back and I’ll encourage people I know to not patronize this location either.
Shame.
