Hadn't been for a long time. Long line, felt hurried while choosing, maker was short, hurried and never looked up.Meat 20%, guacamole 5%, 75% other misc ingredients. No outstanding flavors or textures. Alot of green for two average burritos.

Totally unacceptable standards of cleanliness. This is not an exaggeration. Common sense tells me if the public area is that filthy, I can assume that the areas you can't see are not better. Put it that way.Disgusting. People giving it anything other than 1 star clearly either are not going inside or are getting freebies.

Gotta be the worst chipotle in columbus if it wasn't close I wouldn't even think about going. You can guarantee something will be wrong, the food will either have no flavor, if it does the rice is hard, if the rice is good the lettuce will be bad. And if you like getting the dressing with the food don't even walk through the doors. And if you order door Dash from here it's gonna be a mess since they know you aren't there to watch them make it. Just go to taco bell my friends.

Because rice is a foundation for almost all of the meals they serve, I was disappointed that the store didn't have any brown rice available.Parking: Parking at the Bexley store location can be a little difficult, depending upon the time of day you visit the store.

Peak hours at this location are a bit rough. I would recommend online pick up -vs- standing in line for most orders in general. Too many times supplies have been 'out' for in-store customers but available for online orders. I also stopped going on weekends, too messy and chaotic. I've worked at Chipotle in 2 different states over the last several years, this specific location feels like they're not given the same support from district managers all the way to corporate. Employees are overly exhausted, line flow isn't smooth, and normal service priorities are overlooked and/or ignored. Not the fault of the employees whatsoever. They just need better stronger leadership examples.

This has to be the worst chipotle there is. If you want chipotle? please head to broad street or even easton chipotle it will actually be worth your money. This chipotle is always out of something or the rice is not edible. The online orders are terrible. If you HAVE to get chipotle here definitely go watch them make your bowl. All they do is rip people off here. Thankfully I received a refund.

I wish we were greeted with an "hello and welcome to Chipotle."Customer service is horrible. Just take my order and go. Especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant.The lady with the short blonde dreds acted as if we were bothering her by placing an order and asking which dressings go on what.Like I didn't ask none of the employees to apply to your establishment so they could at least be happy they have a job and get paid with lack of respect for PAYING customers.

Have been here three times in two weeks, twice in one week. They always make my order perfect with the right portions and drain the beans! The food is seasoned and the service is efficient!I will be back and I'll add a picture.Ordered the bowl and a salad with a tortilla on the side! ???
