It was an overall great experience. When I walked in, I felt like I was in the 1930's! The workers were quite nice and there wasn't much of a wait. I highly recommend going if you haven't been. The atmosphere was quite nice and relaxing, the ice cream was great as always. Another part of it I liked was the fact that you could watch them get your ice cream and they were polite.

They were out of sugar cones and would not do single cups at the same price. Only "kiddie cups". They explained that the amount of ice cream in a kiddie cup is similar to that of a sugar cone. Which they were out of. Generally speaking, if you find yourself explaining to a customer why they are only getting half of what they expected, you've probably lost that customer forever.
Since I happened to be in the area, I stopped in today to briefly grab some dessert, vegan cookies and cream ice cream on a waffle cone to be exact.?? Very tasty! It's 85° degrees today so this was a great idea! ?☀️???
On a side note, ice cream clerks and associates were kind and friendly. Even got a couple ice cream samples. ?

Amazing ice cream, service... BUT WOW...you can hardly stand to be inside this location due to the stench. It smells like possibly water, mold damage and who knows what else in the ceiling which has obviously leaked in the past or currently...I don't know who would want to sit inside eating ice cream etc. while having that smell dominate that atmosphere ..whomever the landlord of that location is needs to address this issue. If I were paying the kind of rent that I'm sure they are paying I would be raising a stink about the STINK..

smells like sewage, saw a roach, but good quality ice cream. chocolate sprinkles are the best thing on the menu. can’t get much with 5 bucks now, definitely can’t get anything for $1, inflation and corporate greed made prices skyrocket. would rather go to a different location :)
