Julia and Abygil were so wonderful! It was our first time at a Graeter’s icecream and they let us sample and help us to decide on the perfect icecream for us! Very friendly and knew what was in each flavor without hesitation. The shop was super clean and nostalgic feeling. Amazing experience would go back often if we lived closer!

Best icecream I ever had!! The pumpkin milkshake was definitely it. Not too pumpkiney if ya know what I mean. Just the perfect blend. The flavor was so refreshing and perfectly balanced. Everything was very clean and well put together, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this ice cream to anyone looking for a treat that feels both seasonal and refreshing!

How has this place had sewage issues for years? YEARS!
The ice cream is good, staff are fine, but the smell is ALWAYS terrible. I'm so confused how a busy place can't get a sewage smell cleaned up.

First time here or at any greaters location as we’re visiting from out of state. The staff was sweet enough to let me sample all of their favorite flavors! Joshie even made a smiley face in my daughter’s cone! It was so fun and the flavors are really present. Loved everything I tried.

Just ok... disappointed in the peanut butter milkshake. The chunks were too big to fit through the straw. Wasting half my shake.
Ice cream is good but two stars until they fix the very strong stinky gross sewer smell in the building that has been there for many years. Beyond ridiculous.

I got a strawberry malt and it was fantastic. I was helped immdiately and everyone was very nice, place was clean.
The malt was perfectly balanced. I prefer malts over regular milkshakes, but its common for some folks to put too much/too little malt. These kids got it right. Recommend!
