Second time in 2 weeks that my order was wrong. Simple Italian with oil and vinegar. Last week nothing was on the sandwich, this week oil, no vinegar. I checked it this week but the oil fooled me into thinking the vinegar was on there. I love the subs but the oil and vinegar is a must. So I would check your food if you don't see them making it.

This location is the worst the worker are incompetent and can follow simple instructions! I order a #17 plain nothing on it only meat, not only did they write it down but asked me twice and I confirmed and yet they still added cheese. Went back to get the right order but this time they game me cheese bread after explain how lactose intolerant I am. Like I feel like I should be able to sue. This location is absolutely the worst Jersey mikes I’ve ever been too!!! If I could do no stars I would. This location needs to be shut down!!!!

I stopped for my dinner Wednesday evening about 10 minutes before close and the two employees working were both extremely polite despite the fact I was definitely a last minute customer. This location never disappoints

Maybe it was the location because I definitely did not feel welcomed so I will stick with my usual Jersey Mike's in Worthington and Gahanna where they actually make me feel like they want me to come into their establishment.

The Jersey Mike's in Bexley Ohio is the best one in the country. No one ever does anything for me and today they made me tear up because they did something for me. Every single employee deserves five stars and everybody treat them right and in turn they will do the same to you. BELIEVE ME!!!!!💯🫶🏽🙏🏽

I ordered two subs and one of them was a club, I got no bacon on it on it so let’s start there… half the meat on my sub was off the bread and just laying there. It was so sloppily made lettuce everywhere and 3 banana peppers. I get that sometimes places become busy but to not put half the stuff on the sub i ordered and then throw everything together is ridiculous, i won’t be coming to this location again. It was the african american with long dreads that just threw it all together. I’ve got pictures as well
