Large dining room,with 2 additional sandwich shops literally across the street, I doubt it is ever filled.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you can park, wheelchair accessibility from pretty much anywhere makes this restaurant easy to enter.

Consistently bad service. Sandwiches made wrong or given entirely different orders. I will ask for extra peppers on every sandwich I get and I kid you not they give you like 3-4 max every single time like it's coming out of their paycheck. I've come here maybe 6 times in the last year and something has been off 5 of them and the one they got was still a mess. Two better sandwich places across the street.

The food I ordered took over an hour to be delivered 2 miles away. So much for freaky fast. I contacted the store and was told they only had one driver that day and they were busy. That is crappy customer service. I also asked for the driver to not knock because I have PTSD and knocks at my door startle me into a panic attack. There is even a sign on my door asking people to not knock. I was told it's policy to knock. This experience was terrible and I didn't get any kind of resolution from the store. I will not go back to this store and hopefully customers in the future don't have to deal with this kind of service either

I’ve been to this location twice because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it might have just been “a bad day.”

The workers do NOT greet people. I’ve went in twice and they did not greet me when I ordered (BOTH TIMES). I also noticed on my second visit, they did not greet any customers before me or after me in line.

The worker just “stared” at me until I spoke my order.

The first time I went, they got my order wrong. Happens. The service was nonexistent and my order was wrong, but I came back to see if it was “just a bad day.”

All three workers (three young women, one white, which is relevant later were talking to eachother instead of taking orders.

I also witnessed the young white girl, brown hair and ponytail ask a UPS worker if “he wanted his sandwich cut,” she then comes around the corner into the lobby area with a 10 inch serrated knife and “cut” the sandwich on the table in the lobby. Absolutely disgusting and dirty to do, also a hazard to carrying a 10 inch serrated knife into the lobby. That girl should be fired, and so should her “friends” that were egging her on and laughing at her behavior.

Please take immediate action. This place is disgustingly filthy with terrible staff.

The inside of delivery driver's car is absolutely filled with cigarette butts, ash, and trash. I know this because he had me reach into his car to get my food. Our order WREAKED of cigarettes. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional. Will not order from this location again.
