The inside of delivery driver's car is absolutely filled with cigarette butts, ash, and trash. I know this because he had me reach into his car to get my food. Our order WREAKED of cigarettes. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional. Will not order from this location again.

I placed my order at 2:56pm and someone called me at 3:03 saying he was outside with my food... I'm not even sure how they got to my house that fast. I'm sure I live more than 7 minutes away. Literally freaking fast just like the commercial says. Mind blown. Super impressive.

Will screw up your order and refuse to refund you. Extremely rude when you ask for assistance with a mistake they made.Only option is to initiate charge back with my bank... For a twenty dollar dinner. Absolutely unheard of atrocious customer service. This is from someone that has worked food service for 6+years, not a karen.Also the 'mistake' was a wrap fully loaded to look and feel full with just lettuce. They accused me of trying to scam them when this type of thing doesn't happen by mistake. Who accidentally fills 2 wraps with no meat or cheese and just lettuce, and then blames it on the customer, calling them a scammer? If it was an honest mistake, they should've made it right and all would be well, honest mistakes are forgiven. But their immediate impulse to deny and accuse makes me think something weird is going on at this franchise location.

This was a very nice Jimmy John's. The food was fresh, and the servers couldn't be nicer. If you're in a hurry this is a good sub shop to visit, because they had my sub ready as I was leaving the cashier.

Good service and clean store - the challenge with this place is the parking. My GPS sent me into the alley (for parking, presumably). I lucked out for a spot in the small strip of single parking spots out front.

I’m a frequent flyer! I’m at this location at least once a week. They make my subs fast and have never messed up an order. If I ask for delivery they are typically at my house within 20 minutes. I’m slightly obsessed with their subs and thankful for this location.
