I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long while and I’m glad I finally did. I had the seasonal Honey Caramel Apple Cider and the Sweet Potato Maple Sammie. I can’t wait to go back and the try the cinnamon roll and other drinks! The customer service as well as the playlist inside were great, I definitely recommend!

I do love this food, I was with a friend who knew the people behind the counter so they were super nice to her and kind of ignored me. But that was cool because they knew her. Atmosphere was great. It's very small in there but super quiet even though it was packed.

They have nice pastries and their drinks are good, but they don’t have any public WiFi, which I find a little weird considering there’s a college campus right across the street. I think it’s a nice place for a quick to-go drink, but I don’t recommend going here if you’re a student trying to study, cause you won’t be able to.

This place was cute. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was average cafe vibes. The food (I got a cinnamon roll, which was almost out in the display at 9am), was disappointing. This roll was entirely one-note. Gooey, sweet, and soft. No caramelization of sugar, no crunch, and no structure. They microwaved it in the bag, and the bag took off half the topping, which while not a big deal for flavor, was a detractor for presentation.
I don’t think I’ll be back here for the pastries though I may try out their sandwiches at some point.

I wrote a review of a bad experience and suddenly it's taken down. So I thought I'd write it again. Beware of the snarky blonde with the bob. She's extremely rude. I'm not sure who she thinks she is talking to customers the way she does!

I'm not kidding when I tell you that I just had the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a cheddar jalapeno biscuit. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The caramel latte was also perfection.

I can only comment I was recommended this place as an out-of-town towner staying in Bexley for three weeks, I also heard they have the best chai.
I ordered the said chai, then the drink was spilled, then wiped up with a dirty rag, on my cup, for them to just replace the spilled drink with Thai syrup in the cup and hand it right to me without room for Cream or the ability to put a lid on, which one’s putting the lid on to be able to even walk away, the drink overflowed all over the cup again, making it twice as sticky. There were five workers in the store today, they all just watched.
I just burned $6 on nothing. They need to get better customer service, that is unacceptable . Unfortunately this place is surrounded on two sides by Starbucks and that’s where I’m headed now.

I have been to this location before. I love the vibe, but I truly do not understand the attitude and incredibly rude service the server gave me. I was here to pick up a mini cake that I ordered and attempted to order additional cupcakes and breakfast items, but the attendant (short blonde hair) was too rude and too impatient to explain the mini cupcakes in the case that I wanted to order. I decided to cancel my whole order because why patronize a business that clearly does not want to serve me or answer any questions I may have. Never again will I come here.
