I have been to this location before. I love the vibe, but I truly do not understand the attitude and incredibly rude service the server gave me. I was here to pick up a mini cake that I ordered and attempted to order additional cupcakes and breakfast items, but the attendant (short blonde hair) was too rude and too impatient to explain the mini cupcakes in the case that I wanted to order. I decided to cancel my whole order because why patronize a business that clearly does not want to serve me or answer any questions I may have. Never again will I come here.

Jam danish and everything Sammie with bacon was so good. Chill vibes with outside and inside seating. Service was an 11/10 even at 7 am sharp were so nice and helpful.

I want to start off by saying I really love this cafe. Everyone is so personable and sweet. But about a day ago I came in with my parents and wanted to do a simple split payment with half cash and half card and the woman at the register (pink hair, blunt cut bob she’s kind of short) acted like it was the end of the world to do a half cash payment… every single cafe, restaurant, retail shop can do a half cash payment? She was super rude and short with me. My dad uses the Square POS system and even offered to help her and she was adamant on being difficult with us. I hope she’s having a better day today. Would love to come back and have a more favorable experience with her.

It's connected to a book store which I thought was nice. Cozy atmosphere. Great food and coffee. I got a breakfast sandwich on a fresh baked sweet potato biscuit. Good seating availability.

Kitties is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus. Great quality coffee, nice outdoor seating and the best cinnamon rolls in town. My daughter loves their milk steamers. Right next to Gramercy bookstore which makes for a perfect afternoon.

They were able to make a custom coffee that was not on the menu. The coffee was frothy, creamy made to perfection!Definitely recommend this coffee shop.

I came seeking the best cinnamon roll in Columbus. This was my third try (the last two times they were sold out— the perils of getting something that’s baked fresh daily!). It was quite a good cinnamon roll. The ratio of roll to cinnamon to icing was all great. When I finished, I felt satisfied but not like I had something sickly sweet (like a Cinnabon does for me! Never again!). Go early and enjoy! 😊
