This place was amazing! I'm surprised it wasn't Packed! The food was flavourful and the portions were exceptional. When adding a protein I was honestly shocked and for the amount of food and how good it was the price wasn't bad AT All! The gentleman that took our order was so friendly and nice! It was clean and the Italian soda and teas were delicious and didn't taste overloaded with sugar or artificial like most places! My toddler LoVeD it there. If we didn't live two and a half hours away we would be eating there OFTEN. Loved it Thank you!

UPDATE on 11/19/24 We opted to give this store a second chance, for lunch... Glad we did as it was a completely different experience than last month's dinner service.... The servers were friendly, accommodating, and created our salads to our dietary preferences. The store manager had reached out to me directly after this previous post. He obviously is committed to his word and making the necessary improvements👍🏽
First time here and I'm not familiar with how ordering takes place-- I felt like my presence was a nuisance to each staff member and that we are just herded like cattle through the stalls...no human recognition, just point, select, and move on. It's a great fast food concept for choice, but it's a shame that "human" interaction was clearly never part of the plan. My hopes for a light salad were dashed when the girl doused my salad in dressing🥹 would have been worse if I hadn't stopped her drenching in progress. It's a relatively affordable option for a quick meal, but ultimately I didn't enjoy my experience and I question the actual nutritional value of even the salad products (sodium, preservatives, oils, sugars, etc).... Won't be a dining choice on the top of MY list in the future, but hopefully they have many fans and followers to keep it afloat👍🏽

One of the most quiet Piada locations out there. Calmer and more relaxed. Food was great. We really prefer this location thanks to the quiet.
