This was my first time ordering from Piada ever. I got two teas, a carbonara pasta and a parmesan stick for me and a teacher I am working with. Upon arrival, the man in the white chef uniform was incredibly rude - yes I know it says pick-up at 12:15. I came a little early because I had never been there before. He did not need to be disgruntled and disrespectful because of it. He simply just had to say oh it is not done yet, please wait. The carbonara pasta and parmesan stick were delicious; however, the teas were not good - very watered down.

First time having Piada. I’m not big on trying food im not familiar with but tied off the same ol stuff. Since this was my first time I decided to grab the kids meatball with penne noodles, marinara and garlic dough. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. Where have I been all my life?! I could eat this all day, everyday!! Sorry, Piada it has taken me this long to meet you, you forever now have a friend ❤️

So I ordered a $20 meal through DoorDash and that’s when Pita canceled my order. I called them spoke to the manager and the manager told me that there was nothing that they could do about it so now I have to wait multiple days just for me to get a refund

Just tried their Basil Parmesan chicken tenders. 10/10
While the food was great, I got recommendations from another patron.... I stood there for a while before anyone acknowledged me & that in itself was tedious. I had no clue how it worked even tho it's similar to Chipotle, I didn't know how to pair their menu items. It was a crap shoot but I made it out alive. Lol.... What i created was successful. Lol... also, I can't recall what to call it but the flat, phyllo dough spinach & cheese thingy was really good. I'd recommend this place but maybe 8:15p was late for their attitudes to display 'GAF'. 🤣

Unfortunately this location has a very bad odor, it hits you as soon as you walk in. I got to the ordering part of the line and then waited for a little over 4 minutes while the worker was filling online orders. I ordered soup and the cashier slid it to me with soup all over the outside. I asked if she could wipe it off and she was visibly perturbed by my request. She wiped it then slid it to me again more forcefully. No bag, no spoon, no napkin. The self serve station only had forks and knives, no spoons. Two thumbs down for me.
