This location has become horrible. Every time im there now it is always the same two girls that are rude. One barely talks to the customers at all and is never happy to do her job, goes to the back while others are left up front working the hardest. The other one hardly does anything. There’s no good teamwork here at all. This place needs more efficient and positive workers. Blonde girl is nice and had the best customer service out of everyone.

always loud, always looks like attest 50% of staff not doing anything, and ALWAYS out of bowls and multiple of the smoothies on the menu. They used to have a helpful sign that let you know. When the sign was gone I waited in line for a long time to get a bowl only to hear they're still out of bowls they just took the sign down because it doesnt look good... It also doesn't look good being constantly out of things

The Bexley location is absolutely terrible. If they’re out of something they don’t tell you and they make your food/drinks with whatever they have on hand and don’t even tell you, or ask you. They do these things and charge you for what you ordered, even though you don’t get what you orders and the food is horrible.

Blonde girl with pony tail is working her butt off, the line is very behind and like everyone else is literally just chilling and doing nothing while there’s the work of 3 or 4 people needing to be done but she’s the only one moving ….. we were all waiting in line for what felt like 20 minutes and she was very apologetic for the wait.
Don’t think she needs to be the apologizer .. 🤨

Ordered and paid for a wrap, then was told that they didn’t have any of the ingredients. Got this sandwich instead at the same price as the wrap because it was the only thing available and it had mold. Didn’t realize until I was half done with it.

I believe this review is pretty specific except that I didn’t mention that when I called all I got was a confused giggle from the employee who sounded completely unconcerned. It’s all good. I won’t order delivery again and I’ll head to New Albany. Thanks!
I ordered a Jetty Punch, sub mango due to strawberry allergy. I’m don’t believe my Jetty Punch had any banana and I’m sure there was no flavor. I only drank about 1/4 of the smoothie. Such a waste. They also substituted my chips for something else without calling to ask if this was acceptable - sent something I will never eat and had never ordered in the past. A call to clarify would have made a huge difference.
This was an Uber order and when they delivered we told them that we didn’t order everything they brought. He responded that Tropical Smoothie told him that the extra was part of my order. I’m sorry for the person who didn’t get their smoothies. But if it makes them feel better, 2 of the smoothies were labeled Surprise Sunset. The surprise must have been that they didn’t look or taste at all alike.

We pulled up after a long day of volleyball in the mood for a good Ole smoothie and wrap. We walked up to the door about 8:55pm the door was locked. The store was not supposed to close until 9pm. We were so disappointed. Now, I have a question for management. Why did you lock the doors at least 5 mins early?

This location has the worst service. I always place online orders before I go to work and once again my order was not ready. I placed my order around 3:15 pm on 4/25 and wanted to pickup at 3:45pm. It was not already of course and they pretended that my order didn’t exist and I had to show them my order in my phone. This store needs a complete overhaul with new employees. I’ve already made a complaint about this issue because this is not the first or the second time this has happen.
