I cannot begin to express my concern of disappointment on how many times me and my husband has come to this location and they never have any açai bowls or the day they have the açai bowls, they are skimping on the açai every visit. They barely have the smoothie flavors you ask for then when you do get the smoothie you ask for it’s not made properly. At this point, you guys need to wrap it up and let someone else take over. We will buy it.

This location is always out of bowls! It’s ridiculous. You would think they would increase their order shipment seeing as the demand for the açaí bowls is so great. I cannot count the number of times I’ve tried to place an order online and every bowl selection shows “Sold Out”. My experience is good when they actually have the inventory for what I want.

I placed an order online at 9:57 Am and was given an ETA set by system at 10:07. 10 mins is not bad at all if the expectation is met. I get to the store to pick up at 10:05. I fully expect to wait a 5 to 10 more minutes as there are 7 other customers ahead of me. After 20 mins of standing there 2 customers walked out, 4 more still standing waiting to give their orders, I was finally addressed by an employee to see what I needed. Gave my name to find my drink had sat on the shelf behind the counter for 15 mins and my food had been on the shelf above the mixing station for 10 mins. I got my food as the employees continued to ignore walk in customers at the counter. Been shopping at this location weekly since August and his shop is getting worse weekly. Poor staffing by ownership, poor customer service and communication by employees.
