Very sexist location! If you're a man they're not about to greet you and if you're a black man make sure to take a non black person so that you'll receive service

Down the employees that were on duty to be rude and disrespectful took a lot of time because they do not have a lot of employees if you don't enjoy your job go find another one

Had the worst experience at this location that I have ever had at any tropical smoothie in my life. The service was horrible. I waiting 15 minutes before my order was even taken. I was not even greeted. Then waited an additional 30 minutes before even getting my smoothies. Management needs to reevaluate how to run a store properly. Staff it properly. And teach customer service to their employees.

The food was great once they remade it! It had a hair in my food the workers said not my hair but I nor my wife had fake hair and we both have light colored hair not black hair ours is more blonde but anyway there were 4 workers and service was very slow the one young black male is more efficient then 4 people food was on point and everything was great please have him there all the time your business will suffer without him he is efficient and great the girls no smile just what do you want that was it wish I could remember his name ! Give him a raise you gotta know who I talking about. He worked Thursday morning with a young girl seems like he was training her ! Pay him

This place can’t be serious! They serve by far the smallest acai bowl in Columbus but charge the same expensive price as the others. The bowl itself barely has any acai in it and mainly granola, half a banana and a few cut up strawberries horrible! I won’t spend another dime here go to playa or rush bowl instead at least they dont try to hand u a skimpy bowl.
I used to get smoothies very often. But, a few weeks ago I ordered ahead on the app for 7:20am to pick up a smoothie before heading to work. I showed up and no one was there. The lights were off and the store was closed - they open at 7am. I already paid for this order but I did not have time to wait around so I contacted customer service for a refund, but I never heard back which bugged me, so I stopped going. Today I gave it another shot and stopped in to pick up a wrap for dinner. I stood there for about 5 minutes, ignored by 3 service members, until one was standing right in front of me and staring at me. I said hello… she asked me what I needed. I thought it was obvious… To order…? The overall demeanor of the staff through ordering was horrible. And, I had a gift card given to me, which I tried to use. They said it had “insufficient funds.” I told them that it definitely had money on it, but they just shrugged, stared at me, and tried to throw it away. I had to ask him if to give it back. I just got home and checked the balance online and it has $20. To top it all off, they also screwed up my order. Which was only 2 of the same wrap. Pathetic.

Sharday whom I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and awesome at making sure my order was done correctly! She was sweet and very kind to assist me. My order was absolutely delicious! I just wish I had added the sweetener to the smoothie. But that’s on me!

Horrible service!!! 8 /12/2024 at 5:20 I arrived. The cashier Christyia looks disturbed as if she is annoyed with her job... and asked in a snobby manor what I wanted. I asked for a second to scan the menu. She rolled her eye and huffed...
I proceed to place my order and she is talking so low I missed her question. Then she pointed to the sign asking what side I'd like (Huffy) then asked my name! I told her it's "Jackie". The girls complete my order and stop to ask the cashier what my name was and they go to laugh while slinging my food around in the bag as if it's a kiddy purse or a yoyo.... then come out and say "Aga"? No one answers I said who...? She blurts my order details and hands the order to me and walks away laughing.... kids don't need to have a job these days if they lack hospitality skills. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be back to this location!!! If they don't take customer service seriously they must play in people's food.... especially with touching her overly long hair and it dipping all in the ingredients and touching cups and Utensils. No thanks!!!

i ordered the mango magic smoothie and had it remade 4 times because of workers not taking their time and rushing because of being busy. Thia is not the first time ive had them remake my smoothie or my partner’s smoothie in the past but just let it go due to some good experiences. The manager on the floor today is rude to customers coming to grab their orders and to mqny people in the smoothie area to the point where they cant walk around to blend or grab ingredients. It was highly disappointing and a waste of time just to end up getting a refund. Will NOT be coming back and do not recommend to anyone else craving a smoothie

Went in today on the 7th for the first time, definitely will be coming back, got a turkey bacon sandwich thing was amazing, the acai peanut butter bowl was even better. The employees in there working at 11am Sunday deserve a raise!! Definitely coming back !!
