Waited 15 min to even be acknowledged, note the restaurant wasn't busy. Another 15 min went by after ordering drinks and nothing, no silverware not drinks no acknowledgement.

Service was great.

Food at Bob's is always good. Service varies, but very nice this visit.

I really don’t know where to start. I ordered delivery, I received my fish sandwich, with NO TOPPINGS. The fries were soggy and nasty and the rolls were hard…this is just unacceptable.

Freezing cold. It was so uncomfortablethat we couldn'tginish our meal there. First waitress ran her mouth too much and couldn't even get our drinks out. When she finally stopped chiy chatting with customers and giving everyone else coffee refills, she came over to tell us we had someone else who would be serving us. So glad she didn't wait on us. She was one of those loud waitresses. Our waiter was friendly and eff I client and apologized for being late.

I walked in waiting to be seated, a moment after me, came in an afroamerican man and an afro American waitress took him before me and gave him a table, after that, the same afroamerican waitress started to have a conversation with another person while I was still waiting. Those kinds of attitudes are the ones that make you lose customers, It doesn't matter how good your food may be if the customer doesn't get to taste it because of the poor customer service. I walked away and left right there. I'll try to come again some other time to check if this continues to happen. The waitress was an afroamerican short woman, about 40 to 50 years old and black or brown hair. Please take hands into this matter.

Nothing was especially good about the real.

I have eaten at this location many times & have been very satisfied. Yesterday was the exception, ordered the lemon chicken which was very tough. Also, it comes with rolls or Banana Bread. Server never asked if we wanted rolls or bread. I had to track him down to request Banana Bread. When he brought it, forgot to include butter. Also, forgot straws, again had to track him down for straws. He was irritated. His attitude needs improvement. Again, usually the servers are wonderful & the meals are good. This time, it was not a pleasant experience.

My girl and I always order from here. We usually doordash or pick it up and eat at home. We enjoy the food and it's always on point!

Haven't had a meal inside since 2022.
Still a very good breakfast.
