Tyisha, the manager here, is hands down one of the best managers I have ever encountered in any restaurant — period.

She genuinely cares about customers, takes ownership when something isn’t right, and makes sure the experience is handled with professionalism, kindness, and urgency. That level of leadership is rare, and it shows every time she’s on the floor.

Tyisha has been with Bob Evans for over 19 years, and that experience is evident in how smoothly that location runs and how valued customers feel. Managers like her are the backbone of a successful brand.

Bob Evans should be incredibly proud — and frankly, Tyisha deserves major recognition and a significant raise for the standard she sets every single day.

Came in @ almost closing time... They still let us dine in. Waiter/ server was great!!!! Ordered fried chicken breasts with steamed broccoli & carrots. My daughter ordered blueberry pancakes 🥞. We were both very satisfied.

2 cars in parking lot, waited 10 minutes for drinks, dirty table, menu stuck together, grumpy server. We will never go there again.

I have been coming to this Bob Evans for years and have slowly watch it decline. Sadly, today I came in with my family, the waitress nails were dirty and unkept and looked dirty, nothing seemed cleaned about the establishment, overheard waitresses talking about inappropriate things, one of the cooks came out and cursed while looking for something. My child heard it and asked me if he heard the man curse to which I replied Yes.

I will no longer be a customer of this location… and I’ll have to share my experience with others. I hope you all can address this because there is no way I am the first to have this opinion about this Bob Evans. Very disappointed as it use to be a nice, professional and clean family restaurant.

The waitresses name is Mary— if you go here please for the love of the lord stay out of her section. We watched this woman PICK HER NOSE AND SERVE OUR FOOD. BUT wait there’s more— sat down and started picking at her damn feet. I wanted to take a picture but didn’t wanna invade someone’s privacy. However this woman is absolutely disgusting and I refuse to believe that the restaurant themselves don’t know about this employee. She did it so damn naturally, and OUT IN THE OPEN— there’s no way. Yeah if that lady is there I will be immediately turning around. Unacceptable. Disgusting and just down right unsanitary.

Waited 15 min to even be acknowledged, note the restaurant wasn't busy. Another 15 min went by after ordering drinks and nothing, no silverware not drinks no acknowledgement.

Service was great.

Food at Bob's is always good. Service varies, but very nice this visit.
