Pizzas are good and staff is friendly but man they can't never get my girlfriend's sub made right to save their life. I've been ordering here for over 6 years and the pizzas are accurate 90% of the time. Overall it's a great pizza toppings are good, crust is good, cheese is good and the sweet pizza sauce is delicious better than anyones else's around these parts. I order her a veggie sub no onions, no bell peppers and no green peppers. Every time I get home it has peppers or onions on it. Why is this so difficult to get right? She picks them off but its annoying. I will start checking in the parking lot but I shouldn't have to after $40 something orders. Doesn't seem to matter calling back and complaining because there is a entirely new Staff every time I go there. I'm not a complainer really but the last 20 orders they've gotten something wrong on our order 16 times I mean come on.

Ordered a chef salad that contained ham and chicken, and when I bit down into my bite of salad. It had a bone shard in it, and it broke my tooth. Will never order from flyers again. When I called, they act confused, tried to replace the salad when the problem was it had a bone in it I don’t want a replacement. My tooth being fixed is going to cost a small fortune because negligence of flyers

We used to love flyers got it all the time then quality of the pizza changed so we left for a while. Came back we had a few couple good pizzas and now we're back to where we were again. We ask for certain things on our pizza and have to tell them several times so they remember but in the end it doesn't happen. The last couple times we ordered the pizza's sitting in grease. Called and talked to a manager by the name of Becky, she seemed annoyed to even have to talk to me. I guess we're going to say goodbye for now again. ??♀️

My girl had never eaten Flyers and I was excited to have her try it for the first time. I placed an order for pickup online. When we got to the store the door to come in was locked and the sign said to ring for service, so I rang the doorbell. Four times. There was a man folding boxes right in front of us. He could see us as easily as we could see him and even looked over at us and went back to folding boxes without doing anything. I started to knock on the door and had to knock three times in addition to the 4 times I rang the bell to have someone finally unlock the door for us. The button to unlock it was not even a foot away from the man folding boxes. He could have ... just pressed it to let us in at any moment instead of just looking at us standing outside in the cold. If his task at the time was to fold boxes that's fine, but the button being right there and ignoring us multiple times is the petty epitome of "not my business." He didn't even apologize or explain. Super weird interaction and terrible first impression.

I was looking for something new and decided to give flyers a chance. I was not disappointed! Flyers is right up there as one of the best pizzas in the area! On top of that, the customization they allow on your orders is amazing. The pizza is fantastic. I ordered breadsticks with cheese on them and added pepperoni to them. Delicious!! If you're debating giving them a shot, do it! Highly recommend!

Being from northeast Ohio where we grow up on a lot of family own pizza places. I have to say Columbus has the worst pizza. Except for Flyers. We used to live close to the Groveport location & it became our go to spot.

Their food is great ? I just went for an interview but I don't rate things out of bias. The manager seems hard at work with his shop. I noticed right away how clean the inside was so that's great. It was small inside but cozy. Just know what you're going there for because some hours they are open only to drive through.
