I went to use my birthday reward. I added on a giant drink and chips and a cookie. I get there i say my name i am handed a bag no drink cup. I tell the woman i need a giant drink cup. She say’s sorry about that. I get home i open the bag no chips. I call and they say they will refund me. Ok..i start eating my Philly and i see a blond whitish straight hair! Instantly felt sick and tossed the whole sandwhich. I have black curly hair so it isn’t mine.

Atmosphere is a two star because this place is in a rundown strip Center and it's a pick up and go sandwich joint. I'm not sticking around for the fluorescent lighting and plastic seating no matter what DeVito says. The staff were polite and had my order ready on time and the food satisfied my needs in a pinch.

I was surprised to get my sub served on burnt bread. Not only was it burnt, it was rock hard. I ordered the sub in the morning and was expecting a nice, soft fresh bun. I have to wonder if I was served a day old, burnt one from yesterday. I won’t be back to this location for a while.
