Placed an order on 1/1/25 at 10:11pm - email confirmation was sent informing me order would be ready by 10:26pm- arrived at Blacklick location at 10:36 Pizza is closed! No one was inside of store & order has been paid for! Called Reynoldsburg Pizza Hut location to place same order. The gentleman on the phone was rude & condescending. Stating that I need to inform him when I’m ordering off the $7 meal deal also stating this phone call was ridiculous! I just want to be reimbursed at this point from Pizza Hut & will never be supporting this either franchise!

Wish I could give minus stars! Placed order for deliver, said they received order at 4:22pm. And delivery would be 30 minutes later. 1 hour 20 minutes still waiting. Called customer service and was transferred to the local store and was on hold over 20 minutes. 5:50 pm get message from delivery service that order was picked up and in route. I called driver and told him to return it to the store, I am not feeding my family cold food!
So this Pizza Hut took my money today. Had a door dash driver lined up. Then cancelled my order after an hour. After calling corporate, I was told this location closed cause no one ever wanted to work. So, if that’s true, maybe don’t let customers order and take there money. Terrible customer service. Just trying to warn people about my experience so you don’t make same mistake.
This location is HORRIBLE. This is the 6th time in a row I’ve had issues here. I should’ve stopped before this order but my kids love their pizza. THIS TIME my food was delivered missing a Pisa and the driver dropped my cinnabons all over the ground. I called the store and he said “yeah I have your pizza but I don’t have any drivers, that’s your problem”. I cannot believe this!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Places an order at 9.42PM on a Friday online. Spent 128$..went there at 10.02PM…doors were locked! No food and they took my money! Can’t get ahold of anyone to refund my money! This place is junk!

This was at the location on East Broad St in Reynoldsburg. Our pizza was delivered to the wrong customer. That customer was gracious enough to let me know, my phone number was on the receipt that is taped to the box. Pizza Hut never contacted us and would not answer the phone. My husband drove to the store and was given the same pizza that was 2 hours old and handled by a minimum of two non employees without any security tape to keep the box closed. It was one of the worst experiences I have had with any pizza place in a long time.

Takes forever to get any pizza made and you are basically ignored by the employees. The service is awful and the whole restaurant is dirty and sticky. Worst pizza hut I've ever been to.

I placed a delivery order for $57.I had to call well over 20 times and most of those calls were disconnected or "transferred" to the store without anyone answering from the store, even after a 20 plus minute hold. I received a text shortly after placing the order with a tracking link and once I clicked the link it stated the order had been cancelled. This is what prompted me to initially call. I was never connected to the store and now it has been over an hour and a half and I cannot get any answers. And I still do not have any food. I would like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible. And I have already emailed and called corporate.

Walked in for 2 minutes to place an order and could already tell the type of energy in this store. Honestly...no customer wants to deal with angry looking, unfriendly, bitter projecting employees. I don't know what's happening with these places where every employee is rude, angry, ghetto acting no manners at all. How are these folks getting hired and how are these chains staying in business? I get folks got to work, but damn can employees at least attempt to be humble. This is one angry destructive world we live in now where everyone is angry and mean.
