This Pizza Hut should not be in business. Filthy dirty. I called at 11:50 placed the order and was told to hold on, drove to the store and was still on hold when I arrived 25 minutes later, employee was frazzled and said he was the only one who was working. That is not my problem, he was very rude and could care less. Terrible customer service, I would give 0 stars if aI could. Please do better. I placed a very large order only to be on hold 25 minutes and ordered was not even started. Never again!! Reading the other reviews I see this is business as usual for this Pizza Hut

I placed an online carry out order on 7/19 for a 7/20 pickup, directly on the website. I got the confirmation email saying the order was placed. Show up to the store around the pick up time and the door is locked with no one inside. I called, and the woman who answered said she’d need to transfer my call directly to the store. And obviously no one answered.
Apparently this has happened to other people, so just don’t order from here, period.

Just found out pizza sitting on the porch. No one rang the bell. It was supposed to be handed to us. Who knows how long it sat there. This store sucks!!!

I placed an order online my husband did & we went to pick it up. Nobody was in store, but mind you they say open on the internet. We get back into the car to try and cancel our order and get our money back, the person answers and say yes the stores opens at 4:00pm & hangs up! So yes I’m highly pissed off. That store is never open at the time it’s supposed to open!

They use Doordash for delivery, and we never received our pizza. The store will not answer their phone. I'm pretty sure the DD delivery person stole our pizzas, which included a $5.49 delivery fee and a $9 tip. Pizza Hut's toll-free number said it is the store's responsibility to fix it. Doordash said they contract with Pizza Hut even though I am a paid subscriber to their service. I'm out $60, and nobody at Pizza Hut or Doordash cares. That's not how you do business if you want to succeed.

Criminally incompetent on all fronts.

Laid up and the entire family has COVID. Ordered a single large pizza and gave a 25% top through the website. Said it would be delivered at 11:41am. Noon came and I tried to call the store and got a call center worker instead. They told me my order would arrive at 12:16. At 12:30, I got the distinct feeling no such thing was going to occur. Tried to call corporate but they state you have to call the store itself. Call center a 3rd time and was told our only option was to cancel the order. I replied, “Strong work by everyone today” and she hung up on me. 🤷‍♂️ Pizza Hut was the only chain we routinely bought from and it’s a shame to see where they’ve gotten to as their reading punch cards and personal pan pizzas as a child were some of my favorite memories. Bonus: Drove by their shop around 12:46p and the lights were out so the store wasn’t even open but they still took our order (and money).

I have never dealt with a store so disrespectful, I asked to speak to a manager to change a sauce on wings and they said well we can't and purposefully hung up with an insanely disrespectful attitude. I called back twice, went to corporate's number and they transferred me 10 times just to say the store is busy. As soon as the pizza got here, the dough was undercooked and the wings were overcooked. I definitely did not deserve this experience. Ruined my day.

Placed an order on 1/1/25 at 10:11pm - email confirmation was sent informing me order would be ready by 10:26pm- arrived at Blacklick location at 10:36 Pizza is closed! No one was inside of store & order has been paid for! Called Reynoldsburg Pizza Hut location to place same order. The gentleman on the phone was rude & condescending. Stating that I need to inform him when I’m ordering off the $7 meal deal also stating this phone call was ridiculous! I just want to be reimbursed at this point from Pizza Hut & will never be supporting this either franchise!

Wish I could give minus stars! Placed order for deliver, said they received order at 4:22pm. And delivery would be 30 minutes later. 1 hour 20 minutes still waiting. Called customer service and was transferred to the local store and was on hold over 20 minutes. 5:50 pm get message from delivery service that order was picked up and in route. I called driver and told him to return it to the store, I am not feeding my family cold food!

So this Pizza Hut took my money today. Had a door dash driver lined up. Then cancelled my order after an hour. After calling corporate, I was told this location closed cause no one ever wanted to work. So, if that’s true, maybe don’t let customers order and take there money. Terrible customer service. Just trying to warn people about my experience so you don’t make same mistake.

This location is HORRIBLE. This is the 6th time in a row I’ve had issues here. I should’ve stopped before this order but my kids love their pizza. THIS TIME my food was delivered missing a Pisa and the driver dropped my cinnabons all over the ground. I called the store and he said “yeah I have your pizza but I don’t have any drivers, that’s your problem”. I cannot believe this!
