We used to order from Chubby's often, but each time we do, we regret it. The last 2 times I've eaten from there I got the same thing- some sort of wrap- and both times there was a long hair in my wrap. I have never been the type of person to complain or ask for a remake of my food, if I can't eat it I'll just throw it away and either order something else or most of the time just leave because I have anxiety so bad lol. I feel like their pizzas just don't cut it anymore. The ice cream part is always good, though!

No napkins or gloves used when making ice cream cones. Please fix and my rating will increase. Ice cream was delicious and reasonably priced. Kids love it.

The lady working at the dairy point part of this place was very hostile and pretty much asked if we were lying when they made a cookie sundae we said that my sister is allergic to nuts and the menu did NOT say that specific Sunday had nuts on it she did eventually remake the Sunday without nuts but I heard her tell her coworkers that she was going to go check the menu bored because she "knows" what it says very disappointed in the drop of service from this place

Ive never wrote a review on anything but really felt inclined to after stopping here. Im the type of person who never complains about food and will apologize at a restaurant if I have to ask for something even though they messed it up lol so trust me when I say… this was sooooo disappointing. We stopped in after taking our dog to the nearby dog park after reading several good reviews, we always do “pizza Sundays” and are always wanting to try a new spot. We got two pizzas to try and ordered two different style crusts- both crusts were the exact same, there were barely any toppings (im talking like 3 small pieces of onion on the whole pizza), ok not a deal breaker- but then we ate it….. I have never said a pizza was “horrible” in my life until now. Not sure what these other people are eating but this tasted like flour and water was mixed and baked, worst crust Ive ever tasted and the whole thing was just bland, even the sauce. I forced down two pieces just so I wouldnt be hungry. We also got some boneless wings, they had a strange texture but were better than the pizza. Sadly we also got cheesy bread which was the same crust with some cheese on top so again, no good. Needless to say we will not be getting food from here again, just wanted to give a review to help some other soul out there but hey, if you like to eat plain foods with no seasoning maybe its for you. The one positive thing I will say is that we got peanut butter milkshakes beforehand and they might be some of the best milkshakes weve ever had, so maybe stick to ice cream. I love supporting small local gems but unfortunately this was just not worthy of a positive review.
