The smallest portion of sliced brisket I've been served anywhere. (Besides "midwest best bbq")It wasn't just me, 3 of us ate this day. Sides were a bit small also. The sausage and brisket were only warm and the sausage tasted similar to hillshire farms brand original flavor. They might try searing it in a grill or in a skillet before serving. Brisket didn't have much smoke flavor, more like it was cooked in a roasting pan or oven. Perhaps it was a few days old and was overcooked by the time I received it. See the photo. Service was great, people were extremely nice, and I like how it looks inside. Full disclosure, I have been smoking meat a long time, and grew up in South Texas.

This place is small but mighty. Delicious BBQ. The loaded tots with brisket are my personal go to favorite. The ribs are only made periodically and when they are I recommend them as they are excellent! Great people. Small seating area but don't let that stop you.
Marlon catered an event for The Christ Hospital's LVAD clinic and it was wonderful. Being a patient himself, he understands how to make the BBQ taste great without going crazy on sodium. I truly respect that. Can't wait to come support Ignition at their shop. Keep up the GREAT work Marlon!
I'm all about supporting a small business in a small town, the very first time we tried ignition bbq when they first opened was really good no complaints. I stopped the other day and got a brisket sandwich and by the time I got into my car from the restaurant and opened the box to eat it was a soggy nasty mess, you couldn't even pick it up. There was no smoked flavor at all it was very bland no seasoning. Honestly it tasted like it came out of a crock pot. Not impressed at all actually pretty disappointing to spend $14 on
