What looked to be the owner used the same gloves to check me out and then go back and make my second sandwich with those gloves she was in the register with. Unsanitary.

Lydia White, refuses customers if she “doesn’t like them”, and makes posts about how this locations customers are “fat” and should “lose weight”. And that’s putting it lightly. Doesn’t think she’ll be fired for her posting her behavior because customers are rude, which comes with any job. Will be contacting corporate! Also have had a bad experience with her myself, she has poor customer service!

My kids really like the steak and cheese there but they like a lot of the ranch dressing with it because it is peppercorn ranch its not easy to find in the store so we always ask for extra and believe me they use it. So my problem is that when we doordash there is NO option to add that ranch to your order. We thought we found a solution and had the dasher ask for it which they did. Now though the Subway workers refuse to give it to the dasher saying if you want it then order it which as I mentioned you can't do that. We called the first time and tried to explain they were rude about it then we tried to call again and they just didn't answer the phone. I have no problem paying for the extra ranch but there has to be that option for me to do so!

Normally don't have an issue with them they closed at 9 an I'm at work myself trying to get there on time an I got there at 9:07 where they were still inside cleaning my food was paid food an made probably 25/30 mins prior to me getting either way, they threw my three subs out right at 9:00 when they closed instead of waiting a few extra minutes while they were still going to be there to see if I would show up like I work in fast food, nobody throws the food out right at at close I thought it was pretty common to wait a few minutes afterwards. I mean I work at Domino's and we do it all the time so now I'm out dinner and the money I spent on it
Lydia and Maddie were so awesome! I ordered the wrong sub for my daughter and they fixed it immediately and were very incredibly kind and professional and they made her sandwich. Absolutely perfect! Highly recommend great service especially these young ladies working so hard couldn’t believe their professionalism at such a young age great job girls keep it up!!!Lydia and Maddie were so awesome! We ordered our sandwiches online for the first time ever and our orders were completely wrong missing sauces and had the wrong type of chicken even. I also was unchanged for extra chicken and had the smallest sandwiches that we have ever had from blan subway.
Long story short dont use the app just walk in and order 😆

Don't ever order here. Especially online. I ordered online and paid almost $50 for an order and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. When I got there they said they didn't have the order and that they couldn't access the online orders and that there was nothing they could do. So no food, no refund. Nothing. I even had an order and payment confirmation but they wouldnt take that. And the lady at the counter said they would call their manager. They went to the back and came back shortly after and said they didn't answer. I can guarantee they never called. I tried to explain the situation and showed them my confirmation and even the fact that the money was already taken from my bank and still nothing. And they started to get a bit of an attitude. So i gotta call the bank to dispute/cancel the charge becauss that's theft.
