The worst Taco Bell i have ever been to can never get your order right they forget the most basic things like your straws and utensils,they give you someone else’s orders I will not be going to Taco Bell ever again at the Blanchester Ohio location the staff are a disgrace ??
Wow! I don't know how to rate a new modern restaurant like this. I hate to say such negative things, but I have to tell the truth. Firstly, they don't have anyone to take your order. There are only three tablet-like screens and only one works. The staff will let you go through the motions of placing your order before they tell you the tablet you are using doesn't work. You wait for your food and when it arrives it is cold. All the staff focuses on is drive thru. When I asked why there wasn't someone here to help take orders? She replied, "They can't afford to have someone stand out front for nothing." I replied for nothing? We are customers? That is something. This restaurant is not going to work with this type of attitude toward customers. This is more than obvious to me. Beware, you are going to blow your 20.00 and hate the cold shoulder and the cold food. I wish I could be more positive.

I was visiting a friend in this area and I went to go get Taco Bell. There is hair and my food. Terrible customer service and they got my order wrong.

My food was absolutely vile. The beans were burnt and the taco meat was somehow dry? I was in disbelief. Several times the tortillas have been brittle they’re so dry. Do not eat at this Taco Bell please. The most recent employees looked greasy and like they hadn’t bathed. One of them was a manager too. Unacceptable.

Got in and out within 5 minutes and I got like 12 things couple Mexican pizzas and their nacho bell grande.
Wheelchair accessibility: Took my grandma in and wasn't too difficult
Food was very filling! Place was clean. They went out of there way to let us know that they were out of large cups.
Kid-friendliness: They smiled at the kids who walked in and they were making jokes.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramps on the side wall to get a wheelchair inside

We did a mobile order and went in to pick it up and they were on time and friendly when I came in. The only issue is that they didn't provide any napkins or sauce that we had on the order. Overall it was a pretty good experience. (Also they ONLY have order kiosk stands inside).
I've always been told Taco Bell has a really good breakfast menu, I've just never had the chance to get there. Now that I have I don't think I'll be going back. What's the point of advertising a sausage quesadilla and only putting a few bits on the end of it? Thankfully, the company still has many other reputable stores, so they can afford to overlook this one. My dollar doesn't carry enough weight to be hard pressed about my return so I can at least say I tried it finally.

Was in drive through line 41 minutes, I was only the 3rd vehicle behind the speaker when I pulled in, ridiculous! No excuse what so ever.
