Pamaw's Baby Greens

Sourced locally from the pamaw farm, a variety of their top 5 baby greens served with poached pears, candied walnuts, and maple balsamic dressing. Ingredients: baby greens, maple syrup, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, blended oil, pear, maple syrup, lemon, cinnamon, walnuts, powdered sugar, and sugar.

Beet Root Salad

A bright flavored salad served with house bitter greens, roasted golden beets, whipped herb goat cheese, and beet vinaigrette. Ingredients: bitter baby greens, golden beets, salt, pepper, olive oil, thyme; goat cheese, cream, tarragon, chive, thyme, parsley, olive oil, salt; red beet, white balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, blended oil, and olive oil.

Pan-seared halibut sauteed summer veggies with a warm carrot ginger broth and carrot dust. Ingredients: halibut, lime juice, ginger, shallot, fish broth, rice wine vinegar, carrot juice, salt, halibut, summer squash, and leek microgreens.

Coffee Rubbed Steak

Flank steak with a coffee cocoa spice rub seared. Served over rustic mashed potatoes. Topped with fresh chimichurri and pickled fresno chili. Fresh made fettuccine pasta with braised short rib and mushrooms tossed with a rich and creamy sauce. Topped with Parmesan and fresh ground black pepper. Ingredients: short rib beef, mixed mushrooms, flour, egg, cream, demi-glosse (veal bones, onions, celery, carrot, tomato paste, cream, shallot, parsley, Parmesan, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.

Herbed Spaetzle

Traditional drop German egg pasta sauteed with house-made sausage, caramelized onions, and gruyere cheese. Ingredients: milk, eggs, pasta, flour butter, pork, onion, thyme, gruyere cheese, milk powder, white pepper, nutmeg, oregano, mustard powder, and parsley.

Fennel Rubbed Pork Chop

Thick-cut pork chop dusted and seared with fennel spice rub. Served over warm apple butter and house-made red onion jam. Topped with a fresh fennel and apple salad. Ingredients: pork, fennel, apple, butter, red onion, vinegar, and sugar.

Chicken Pilaf

Tender airline cut chicken breast with a vegetable rice pilaf and creamy veloute sauce. Ingredients: chicken breast, chicken stock, carrot, onion, celery, wild rice, salt, pepper, summer squash, zucchini, garlic, shallot, rosemary, thyme, chicken base, butter, flour, and milk.

We live just down the road from The Corner Restaurant. Eat there a lot and it's always great. Wait staff are always smiling and service is fast and friendly. Burgers are some of the best! The only bad thing about The Corner Restaurant is that they're closed on Monday and Tuesday... 😂 They deserve a break though...👍🏻

If you want a good old country meal top-notch service was great people are friendly. They even listen to me, which is kind of rare great people to work with and the food country made. That was a little restaurant we had supper.
