Had a disgusting experience last night after picking up food on the way home. When I got home and took a bite into my roast beef sandwich I pulled out at least four long blonde hairs out of my mouth. It was absolutely disgusting. It was a lot of hair. Someone needs to wear a hairnet it was foul

Drive through only completed one order in 20 minutes - eventually I gave up and left. When I registered a complaint on Arby's website they didn't even bother to respond. Plenty of faster options nearby; I'll take my business somewhere else.
