I ordered a Farmhouse with regular cream cheese this morning. I open my bag when I get to work and it’s an everything bagel and the pepper cream cheese is on it.

This location is awesome! Very welcoming staff, service is fast, quality is great, and they have been so awesome to work with on getting a large order ahead of time for an event! Highly recommend stopping in for breakfast or lunch here!

I’ve always loved Bruegger’s bagels, but the quality of service had gone down the past couple of years. I have been recently pleasantly surprised to see that there has been a change of management. This has made a world of difference and it is nice to experience smiling faces there again. The food remains top notch and the speed and order accuracy has greatly improved and is now at the standard I expect. Thank you!

I recently visited this restaurant and was very impressed. I was greeted buy the manager upon entry, it was easy to place my order, my food was fresh and the staff was very pleasant. Ive visited many Bruggers locations and whatever you have going at this store KEEP IT!!!

I would give two and a half. But they don't offer that. Service was really slow although the girl at the front was extremely friendly and polite. Bagels and cream cheese were of course amazing. They need to hire more people.
The set up is not helpful. You must order at the cash register where you cannot see the bagels. I was told I must tell the cashier exactly what I wanted but I couldn't tell if they were low or out of certain flavors from there. A very annoying procedure. Let me pay then move to where the bagels are to choose and have them packaged! That is buyer friendly, not buyer blind. Ps. Bagels were misshapen and COLD. Not freshly baked but seemed like pulled from a fridge. Not even fully baked looking (very pale) so I had to bake them off to eat them. And how do you manage to make an Asiago bagel flavorless??? Used to be a really great option for bagels. Not worth it at all now.

This location has disabled in app ahead ordering, the reason they say is they don't have enough employees. Though I've never actually seen so many people working in this location at one time. In App orders get free coffee so it seems like they're trying to save a buck to cover all the people who are working behind the counter now. They have also removed the self service coffee station to be behind the counter where you cannot fill your own cup. Unfortunate this location was always a quick order ahead, grab and go. Hopefully all their changes get the results they think they need.
They've also changed their hours and just have a sign posted. Went another time recently shortly before closing and they'd already locked the doors early.
