My husband raves about this place in general, but I didn't think the food was that special compared to other places like Chipotle and Qdoba. It was good though, so I would get it again. The workers were friendly and happy to help and that's why I rated it higher than I would have.

My wife and I came here for 5 years and ate here once a week or more. The have all new people. Place is filthy. Food was really old and you can tell by looking at it. New staff had an attitude. Please don't waste your money here. As soon as I looked at the food we did not order and just left.

I used to really like this place but after today I don't think I'll be back. The portions are awful, my burrito was also half the size as normal. And when I brought it to the workers attention they tried to tell me that it was regular and it's just a different shape (doesn't even make sense). She offered to remake it and all she did was throw more rice in the burrito and wrap it again. Now I have a horrible burrito of mostly rice. Yea I won't be back

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I went in and ordered a kids quesadilla and was told i was not allowed to have it. I said i can’t order a kids quesadilla to go for my child? The woman said no. She refused to give me a kids meal and now i have to go elsewhere to find what to feed my child. I also asked for manager and was not provided one or how to talk to one. This happened today at 12:30

Me and another co worker ordered the Nashville fries… and they somehow forgot the Nashville hot… We also had parts of our order just missing. Really not great for how much you pay. It’s a shame because normally we don’t have these issues, but they really dropped the ball.

"We stride for high quality food etc etc" but you're obviously ignoring the fact that people are complaining about the same thing consistently- yet you make no effort to change or accommodate anyone who wasted their time and money at your business. Complete disappointment.
This was my first time here, and I was so very excited by browsing the menu. I was highly disappointed. The shrimp were barley cooked, my entire burrito was cold, all the shrimp was at one end of the burrito, and there was little to no steak. I'm not sure I will return again.

This is my first time ordering at this location . I ordered the boom boom bowl very little to no meat was inside and hardly any sauce, it was mostly rice inside of my bowl instead of a balance portion. I also ordered churros. The churros are supposed to be sugared but it wasn’t.The also they gave me a very tiny amount of caramel for them.
