I don’t know how they do it, but Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for customer service. Even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building twice, they move you through faster than a pit crew at a race. The staff is always incredibly polite, professional, and genuine, shoutout to the team for the My Pleasure vibes! The food is always hot, the order is always 100% accurate, and the frosted lemonade is a gift from above. Best fast food experience, period.

Been to this location twice and received undercooked fries and unsweetened tea both times. I clearly ordered sweet tea and receipt stated this also. First time I received a very stale bun on my chicken sandwich . Not happy about this !

From the moment I was greeted, Brian’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness stood out in a way that is increasingly rare. His demeanor was not only courteous but deeply sincere, radiating a sense of joy and care that immediately lifted my spirits. We ordered a catered take-out meal by phone for 10 people. The staff was competent, friendly, and able to fulfill our order without a hastle. We arrived 20- minutes early for pick-up (in case of holiday and lunch crouds). The staff competently had the meal boxed, hot and ready, and brought it to our car within 5 minutes of our arrival. Wow! That was less time than the previous 3 phone calls to attempt to place a take out order with other well known take out businesses. I'll use Chick-Fil-A Catered Take-out for our party meals in the future.

They are the best here! My fiance and I come here all the time. He even comes and gets lunch during the week sometimes! They are always so nice and helpful! I never have to wait long after I order and the food is always hot! Thanks for doing a great job!!

Shout out to Henry, my friend and I came in the one night and were doing a very odd arts and crafts project and he talked with us about jtwhile cleaning tables, he was very friendly, we had lots of fun, and the service was great. Give him a raise or something

Denise was fantastic, very kind!

Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the amount I was checked on by other employees while dining in felt obnoxious and a little suffocating for me personally. I had three separate people come within a minute and a half asking if I needed anything or if they could clear something and it was very repetitive (and a little annoying). And then they continued to check on me within 5 minutes. This is not my personal preference but I will say everyone was kind. I was going to stay longer and work on some assignments but decided not to. I just wanted to give anyone who might be similar to me and doesn’t want to be approached that much a heads up that they might not want to dine in at this location.

My first time at a Chick-fil-A and I loved it! I ate in. Staff was super friendly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed, including refills. The sandwich with the special sauce was great and I loved the waffle fries! Can't wait till my next visit. A friend told me the Cobb salad was great. 😁
