I go there a couple of times a week and eat the Cobb Salad. Lost over 80 pounds. The great loyalty program allows for free drinks most of the time. The people are so polite. I always thank them for their service and always get the famous response “My pleasure”. All of the workers seem very happy to be there.
Best chick fil a in cincy by far! You can tell that this location puts in way more effort than others. Can’t say I’ve ever had a long wait here, and the staff is so amazing and so polite!!! The chick n minis from this one seem to have more honey butter as well. They need to send the operator from the Deerfield one over here to learn how to properly run it - that one takes forever AND messes up orders. CFA Blue Ash, you guys do an awesome job!

Always great service. Always. And fast. The service is so fast. My daughter and I stop in this location for a Saturday lunch quite often to fuel up for a day of shopping. We are in and out quickly. The service is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Ate there 20 times. Management always sits at corner table, has never said hi, or acknowledged presence, other than a brief stare and quickly looking away. Gives a hint of presumed superiority. Staff is nice though, management is unfriendly to frequent patrons and very karenny/suburban HOA/preppy uppity vibes.
