The supervisor is mean. The employee asked me if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes but he forgot to charge me extra. She came and told me he needed to charge me with an abusive attitude. I said it was fine, to not add whipped cream to my sundae. The employee was so embarrassed :(

10/28/23 the girl that waited on me was not friendly at all. She did not say one word to me. She made my blizzard handed to me and walked away. I walked out and thought about it for a minute and walked back in and returned the blizzard and ask for my money back. I refuse to spend my money at any store, ice cream store and/or restaurant that thinks they can disrespect me. I can buy crunched up heath bar, fudge, caramel and ice cream from the grocery and make my own blizzard. I am over all of this bad customer service, it is not a good look.Thank youParking: Parking is fine

Ok went in order a banana split with nuts. I received a child’s portion banana split, when I questioned her about the quantity of nuts she lied and said they were on the bottom when in fact she had only put a half teaspoon of nuts. Hmmm then told me she would have to charge $1.00 for each additional half teaspoon. Well there you have it won’t be back and will forewarn all my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone I talk too to skip this place!

The place was nice and clean. And business as usual. The customer service wasnt bad either, but there was just a sense of, customers being a nuance, feel. Maybe it's just my personal opinion, and I wasn't expecting rainbows and unicorns but, at least smile a little.

Great place to get ice cream, but they don't serve burgers and fries at this location..
Really disappointing!! Something as simple as wearing gloves when handling our ice cream. My wife had to literally change her order to a cup to avoid the staff member from touching her cone after taking my payment. Absolutely disgusting and something needs to be done about it.
