Sold out of every cookie. Sat at the menu for 15 minutes before i finally called the store and asked if they were going to help me. she said, "people usually pull up to the window when they're ready". we how am i supposed to know that, she could've just came out and helped me.

Cookies taste like raw cookie dough and sugar. No distinct flavor. I’ll stick to Crumbl.

Horrible!! i placed an order early in the day to be delivered to a friend. Who is having a really bad day? Remembering the loss of his husband three months ago. 45 minutes before my delivery is supposed to make it there. I get an email saying that my order has been canceled with no reason. i do not live in this state and there's nothing. I can do at this point to make my Friends Day any better. And I cannot believe the horrible service. I've received from uber eats and I call the company directly and go straight to voicemail!! horrible service do not recommend! i own three service businesses and would never treat a customer. This way I am so appalled!!

Dirty Dough has got to be the shadiest, dirtiest (heh), company I have ever worked for. For one, they steal your tips from you, I had to file a wage claim before they gave them to me. My fellow coworkers were all children (14 years old) though who were too afraid to try to fight for their money because of how the company retaliated to me by taking me off the schedule when I asked them to give me my money. However since they didn't have enough staff they couldn't keep me off long. Things only got worse from there. Not only do they never have any of the cookies they're promoting or their toppings, they also didn't supply us with any cleaning supplies. That included hand soap, paper towels, sanitizer and more. When I arrived to my last shift and saw my coworkers only using hand sanitizer, reusing dirty dishes, and the counters were caked with food (because there was nothing to clean with,) I walked out, reported the place to OSHA and that store was closed permanently a week later. I really wanted to not think about this terrible job ever again, but they continue to be dirty. They have yet to send out any of the employees W2 forms and have ignored us reaching out for them. Trust me, the only thing they will serve to you is a foodborne illness. Save yourself the violent diarrhea and get your cookies from literally anywhere else.

Came here while in town for the HorrorHound Convention. They had many options and the shop was very clean. Ice cream mixed with cookies was quite flavorsome. Take a look at my updated pictures for nice views.

Food is good, but both times I ordered pick up they missed or messed up order. I called and they made it right, although it took two trips there. PLEASE triple check your order before leaving to avoid having to come back.

We wanted dessert after dinner for a movie night, and Dirty Dough did not disappoint. They had samples available so we were able try a couple flavors before ordering and they also had a display of all the flavors (like the real cookies, not just a picture), which we found really helpful in picking out what we wanted to purchase on our first visit in. We got the Dirty Four to share amongst 3 adults, and it was a good amount. The cookies are easy to cut into pieces to share. The cookies are soft and chewy, and the fillings are a fun touch. They assemble the cookies (add the toppings to the plain cookies when you order), so they’re fresh. I agree with other reviews that Dirty Dough is better than Crumbl. I would definitely get their cookies again.
