Dirty Dough Cookies - Blue Ash

tried 4 cookies today. not a fan. the size is good, price is fair for craft cookies. as a business owner I say give them a shot they weren't my favorite but maybe your's

are the cookies supposed to be absolutely raw? we was able to eat the edges, but that was it. for 6 a cookie for a school thing, I should have just donated that money directly to the school.

Cookies were delicious. Employee was friendly and explained everything. They had a sample tray of all the newcoming treats and they look extremely promising. Will visit again if we're back in town.

Me and my family just drove 20 minutes on a Saturday night arrived at 8:20 you guys don’t close until 10 just to find out that you can’t serve ice cream or shakes because AJ turned the ice cream scoop warmer off cause she’s trying to close. How long does it take for the ice cream spoon to cool down that you have to turn it off over an hour and a half early? Very disappointing. Also the people ahead of us left empty handed as well, I wonder how much you are loosing in sales because of this.

Very bad costumer service. The employee at this location very rude to us. He did not treat us well was showing no interest in helping us!! We drove all the way to try the cookie and got nothing bc of the bad attitude

I was recently at dirty dough
and was refused surface because I was supposedly to loud and the food looked delicious but the milkshakes that were received were rushed. The employe that was working was a middle aged woman working around the times of 7:00pm and 8:00pm with tattoos and short hair she was very rude and very short tempered this experience with be the end of me trying a dirty dough because of this lady

The employee working at 8:20 pm on July 13th was incredibly rude to us. The way they talked to us was incredibly flippant. We asked about one cookie and they told us they weren’t baking anymore, so we politely said we would just leave and come back a different time, and as we left they said, “then don’t come back.” Very disappointed in the disrespect as this was my first time in.

Cookies and cream is my favorite by far!!

Sold out of every cookie. Sat at the menu for 15 minutes before i finally called the store and asked if they were going to help me. she said, "people usually pull up to the window when they're ready". we how am i supposed to know that, she could've just came out and helped me.

It's the new trend in sugar: fancy overpriced cookies. Teenagers love them and so picked up some for one. Also tried one - the lemon sugar cookie... it was okay. Not much lemon. Trying to compete with Crumbl - it's a new take on the cookie boom. It's filled and have new flavors introduced every Friday.

Will try the others but so far, just OK. At like $5 a cookie (once you add tip), it's a one and done. I gave it a 4 as I didn't try the others yet...

Cookies taste like raw cookie dough and sugar. No distinct flavor. I’ll stick to Crumbl.

My Brother and I went out for cookies and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. We got 4 cookies and all of them were uniquely flavored and so indulgent. We eat competitor cookies a lot but they don’t really compare to Dirty Dough. Both the man and woman working there were incredibly kind and helpful, you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Everything we bought was thoughtfully made and left us wanting to go back for more cookies. We will absolutely be going back to the Blue Ash location.

Horrible!! i placed an order early in the day to be delivered to a friend. Who is having a really bad day? Remembering the loss of his husband three months ago. 45 minutes before my delivery is supposed to make it there. I get an email saying that my order has been canceled with no reason. i do not live in this state and there's nothing. I can do at this point to make my Friends Day any better. And I cannot believe the horrible service. I've received from uber eats and I call the company directly and go straight to voicemail!! horrible service do not recommend! i own three service businesses and would never treat a customer.This way I am so appalled!!
