Fantastic food! Our party of four really enjoyed our time there: my first Korean food and I wasn’t sure what to get. The waiter was extremely helpful and attentive. I had the mushroom bowl and would definitely get it again! Each of us lived our choices.

Had dinner with fam. We started with Goonmandu, had stir fried dolsot with chicken, kimchi & pork belly dolsot and jab chae with chicken for main course. (Didn’t get pic of Goonmandu as it smelled amazing and we didn’t even think of taking a pic and rest were afterthought but the dolsots came with egg on top, we were ready to dig in and then remembered to take pics 😜) The food is yummy, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is nice. Definitely recommend this place. It is a small little Korean Bistro worth a visit.
It’s OK. They offer pretty wide variety of Dolsot options, which I’m not used to but appreciate.

If you have not eaten here you are really missing out. The shaved ice dessert is probably one of the best things I’ve eaten all year. Dolsot bowl was delicious. Service was quick and friendly and ambience was relaxing. We will be coming again.
I would definitely call Dolsot Bistro my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati.
The bulgogi burrito is amazing and I always get the Galbi Dolsot. It is perfect and delicious every time and the service is always warm and very attentive.

I had high hopes for this Korean restaurant, but it turned out to be a major disappointment, especially considering how pricey it was. The owner mixed up my order, serving me pork instead of the beef I requested. To make matters worse, I was charged for the wrong item on the bill.
The owner explained that everything was made from scratch, which sounded promising. Unfortunately, both my partner and I ended up with severe stomach issues—diarrhea, stomach burns, and what felt like food poisoning. We spent the night in and out of the bathroom, and I barely got any rest before my early morning flight.
For a meal that cost this much, I expected a much better experience. While the concept of fresh ingredients is appealing, the execution left us sick and dissatisfied. I can’t justify the high prices given the outcome, and I definitely won’t be returning.

This is an unsolicited review. I will attempt to be brief. Why might you consider frequenting this Korean restaurant? Ahhh let me count the ways. If you are local, you might consider supporting the local "little guy" and his wife. The food quality is exceptionally high. Your business is appreciated here. The owner's livelihood is dependent on our patronage. He does not take his customers for granted. The price point is reasonable considering the quality of the offerings. IF you like ethnic food, full of flavor, made to order, I encourage you to go here two or three times. Try different dishes. I suspect you will be won over by the charm of the owner, his wife and their fine establishment.
