DO NOT EAT HERE OR YOU WILL BE SICK. Tonight I witnessed a manager named Kate scrolling on her phone and then, without sanitizing her hands, proceed to prepare a pizza. Notably, Kate used the same bare hands that had been in contact with her cell phone to handle a large container of cheese. I promptly intervened, requesting that she adhere to proper hand hygiene practices by washing her hands. Kate responded that the oven's high temperature would suffice to eliminate any germs on the pizza, rendering handwashing unnecessary. I swiftly obtained a refund.

I specifically drive to the blue Ash location because I do not like Deer Park location. It’s dirty and the pizza is nasty. However, the past few times I’ve picked up pizza at the blue Ash location. It has not been good at all barely any cheese and today we ordered a specialty pizza which typically has a ton of cheese on it and it was supposed to be hand tossed and instead we got an extremely thin pizza with barely any sauce or cheese It was not good at all. I’ll give it another try. Hopefully they can fix it and do better. It was very disappointing especially when you see your commercials and the pizza looks so good and you’re craving it and then you get a huge disappointment. Please do better.

We picked up the pizza, and forgot our 2 liter. We called on the phone to ask for a refund for the 2-liter, but the phone was cutting out. Went to the store to make sure the refund for the 2 liter went through, or just pick it up if it didn't. The kid at the counter said that he had voided the ENTIRE order, and we would have to pay the difference. How does that make sense??? Why void the ENTIRE order???? They need to get it together because this is ridiculous

They had dough floured, stretched and staged on the racks, but there was nothing covering them so my grandson and I sat there watching as they made our pizzas as flies flew around a little landing. On the other prepared dough, i'm pretty sure that's some kind of violation.
