Go "love" yourself, it shouldn't take 2 hours to deliver a cheese bread 1.8 miles, and if it does, I don't need Carla to tell me how busy and short staffed she is, get off the phone and get taller staff. I could do without the doomsday prophecy from Shane, too. According to him there's only 45 days of electricity left on earth, which will bring the end of Domino's as we know it. I suppose It would explain why it took him so long, if I was him, I wouldn't care too much about delivering pizzas either.

We were incredibly impressed by the quality of food and service we received from this location this past weekend. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right down the street and we got hungry at about 10PM on Saturday. I tried to order a pizza on the app and had trouble figuring out how to order half Veggie and half Sausage, so I called the restaurant. The woman on the phone was so very helpful and just took my order on the phone. We gave them our address at the Hilton and in about 25 minutes we received a knock at our door and we were surprised when the Domino's employee brought the Pizza and Parmesan Bread Bites to our room on the 3rd floor! How awesome was the door service! After that pleasant surprise, we dug into the food, and the first words out of my wife's mouth were "Wow, this is Domino's? This is so good!" I could not have agreed with here more-it tasted amazing!! And the Bread bites were absolutely incredible! We will for sure stay at this Hilton Garden hotel in the future-for the Dominos food!!

02/26/24 I stopped ordering Dominos for a long time as the quality and service has gone down at almost every location, but I gave it a chance today and ordered a couple pepperoni and cheese pizzas here at the Blue Ash location-- BEST DECISION EVER!! ?? Sara just made the best Dominos pizza I've had in well over 10 years, and even the delivery driver was patient as I was dealing with clients before I could acknowledge him. This staff is a complete 180 from what it used to be!!

Called West Chester location on 42, and after putting in the delivery order the kid acted like the phone got disconnected and then tried calling back and it said they were closed (even though its not supposed to close until midnight) well, Blue Ash location saved the day thanks to Carla! She was the kindest woman ever. Some people want to watch the world burn, but not Carla. Thank you!

Waited a hour and 10 minutes for one pizza. The little girl that answered was rude and argued with me about the time I had been waiting. When I called back she hung up on me and then blocked my number. This is the worst service and experience I’ve had in years. I will not be using this Dominos again!

They said 20 minutes when we called 30 minutes later to check they argued about how long we waited and hung up then took the phone off the hook. Pizza finally arrived an hour and 10 minutes later… wish we read the reviews first. They need training on how to deal when they get busy, just explain that you guys are swamped and don’t lie and ignore people.

Ok, ordered on line because they advertise a free pizza. Driver arrived in time window that was promised. However, I had to change my payment method due that I didn’t have sufficient cash. I called the store 5 times and rang the phone off the hook to no avail! The driver was also calling. He finally expressed that the cook was the only person in the store being the reason for not getting an answer, which was very frustrating to say the least. The driver offered to drive back to the store to process my payment. I told him absolutely not because I did not want cold food. Finally, someone answered his call and I was able to pay after 15 minutes. I never received a free pizza coupon or anything as advertised. It’s totally understandable being short staffed but unacceptable to not have a backup procedure like headphones or something to ensure repeat business.

They said they were open. Had people inside working. I had placed my order online. They canceled my order then said to call with any questions. Would not answer any of the phone calls. They took my money anyway. I went to the store to see what was going on and the worker saw us pull in. Then locked up and hid in the back. 0 stars if I could.

Trash. Waited nearly 3 hours for delivery, the tracking app said our pizza would be delivered soon. We finally called and the customer service was horrible. Buy frozen pizza instead of this joint.

We need a zero star option. This place is the worst. Last 3 times we placed an order it was the same story. Est delivery in 20 min. An hour and 10 min later the pizza still hasn’t even entered the oven. Staff never helpful when you call. Never allowed to talk to anyone-always put on hold forever. I get it-every business is short handed-but you can’t take 2h to deliver a pizza when you promise 20 min. I reported them to corporate. This store has to change
