This location acts like you’re asking for an arm and leg when you order less ice and you’re the problem when they give you your large drink that’s no where near filled. Rude staff

If i could give this place a 0 i would, the people are rude with nasty attitudes! Even the managers, being mad because YOU chose to work there and make that your life is your problem. Taking your anger out on customers it’s disgusting, all the people there are also dirty not washing their hands. The whole staff needs to be fired.

I waited in line for 15 minutes, was asked to sit in front of the screen and wait, and then was told that I had to come inside to order my food and receive it because I was using a credit card. That makes 0 sense and I know that they could have just walked over to the other POS to input it

I usually have good experiences at this Dunkin’. I always order online so I don’t have to deal with anything in person, but this time was disappointing. I ordered two donuts and only got one. I didn’t realize until I got all the way home, so I had to drive back. The employee said they were out of the donut but didn’t apologize or offer a substitute. A little communication and courtesy would’ve made a big difference.

Staff didn’t come out to take my order for about 5 minutes, actuakky had to call the store to ask if anyone was working. ordered a large coffee and was given a 3/4ths full cup.. Definitely need to work on management of this store.

My first experience there was not the best. The bacon was burnt on the tots so I threw the whole container in my backseat and did not eat it. Respectfully I usually go to the one in Blue Ash. The service is great. The food is always great and I live in the North college Hill area. Possibly give another try but my first experience again wasn't that great. But WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD

First sip of my iced coffee sucked up a long black hair. Won’t be returning

I was just at the drive thru for this location. An older white woman, who looked like a manager, gave me unnecessary attitude and aggressive comments when she was asked about the $6 meal deal. She would not let me purchase an iced latte with my meal deal when I have done it every single time at this location. Weird behavior to act toward customers who give you their money. Will not be coming back
