I went through the drive thru just to get a hazelnut truffle coffee and the girl taking my order had an attitude saying she’s never heard of the drink before and it just ruined my morning. Even if they didn’t have it there was no need for her to give me an attitude and act like I was crazy for asking for it. I have worked in food industry before and there is a correct way to talk to a customer and an incorrect way and she was wrong. Everybody else was fine and even one of her other co workers corrected her.

I asked them at the window if they had my shot of espresso in my chai because it looked like milk and they paused and said "should be if it's on the ticket"... well its at the end... and didn't have espresso I paid for. I like a regular chai, but I add the flavorings because the espresso pulls the spices through a lot more.. add the flavors to tone it down... but the syrups alone is too much... now I just have a milk and syrup drink. :(
Friendly tip: just read through the whole ticket.

Drive thru doesn't say anything while handing me my order, not a thank you or a have a nice day or letting me know they appreciate me spending my money there and giving them a tip. By reading the reviews, they just don't care. A little hint, if you don't like it get out the business

The employees have absolutely no sense of urgency, I have never seen a slower team or a team less considerate of their customers. They were moving at a pace so slow it would have been funny if I wasn’t late for work, and had the nerve to ask “if I had ordered something”, having been too occupied with their conversation talking badly about a previous customer. Uh, hello? You’re working. Act like it. Absolutely ridiculous.
