Went in and tried to get coffee, stood at the counter for a few minutes a couple ladies stood there and talked never acknowledged me, I was back out, found it highly disrespectful, they didn't even look like they cared.

Ordered on the app, pulled around per driver thru attendant, once I got there he roamed around like he was lost for about 3 minutes then came to the window, told me my drinks would be just a moment. 3 minutes later he said just pull forward and I will bring them out. Now next to him I see two coffee that are already made on the rack, which I assumed were mine since I ordered head, but he pulled me forward.So fast forward 13 minutes multiple cars go through and they get thier drinks immediately, and I am still waiting. So I go in, the gentleman working looks at me and said name, I told him again, and the other working said they are right there on the shelf Made them 20 minute's ago. When I said something to him we all learn from our mistakes, no apology for me waiting 20 minutes no nothing.

I love this Dunkin' Donuts everybody's very friendly the food is always fresh and my coffee is always strong!Parking: This Dunkin' Donuts is located next to a shell and the shell is always busy the car's coming in and out Dunkin' Donuts only has like maybe two spots in front dedicated to their parking spots I believe that's what it always seems like so parking isn't the best it can be kind of dangerous coming in and out of that parking lot

I would consider myself a regular at this dunkin. I ALWAYS order a caramel craze latte with no whip cream and less ice but keep the cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle on top. Its always made perfect so thats why I keep coming back. BUT today, I for some reason had a 3/4 full SMALL latte. When I asked the lady at the window why it was only basically half the drink, her response was “you got less ice so its not going to be full”. sorry, I didn’t know this was a bar and got less drink with less ice. They could have even threw more milk in the drink to make it full, I probably wouldn’t have noticed! But no, I got half a coffee. If I wanted less drink for more money, I would’ve went to Starbucks. This honestly was my first bad experience at this dunkin and If i didn’t have to get to class, I would have asked for a refund.

Menu upfront shows very very limited items actually listed on the menu. Only special drink I saw on the menu was some goofy ice spice drink. Which I will not purchase an industry plants drink. Menu needs to list more items. People without a phone to lookup full menu will be completely
