Bagels tasted off. Not sure if they were frozen or prepared in correctly. I had an onion bagel with egg, cheddar, bacon and sausage. The sausage was anemic and lukewarm, the eggs were OK. The bacon was initially forgotten but corrected quickly after I got back in line and waited for it to be corrected and replaced with cold, brittle, flavorless bacon that wasn't worth the time or money.
The service seemed a shambles. I'll give a pass for it being Black Friday, which is service Hell on Earth, but the bagels being brought to the counter for service were being sent back by the manager for being underbaked. I ate one bite that I spit out and threw away. Won't be going back here for a while until you all can get it together.

The location we typically go to was closed so we took the time to drive an extra 15 minutes and were not dissapointed. Excellent experience, wonderful service, Great Bagels.
New store with kind and friendly employees. I will be a regular at this location.
