I drive for doordash. I have not eaten from this particular location so I cannot say anything about their food. What I can say is every single time that i have picked app an order from this location.There has only been one employee at work and its the SAME guy. This is an extremely unsafe practice and I worry for that employee. What if he cuts himself on the job or gets hurt? What if hes sick? What if there is a type of emergency? What if somebody with nefarious intent comes in???? As someone who has worked in restaurants for about two decades I was absolutely astonished at that. The employee in question is always fantastic helpful and very kind, i just worry for him working by himself. The safety of the employees should be high on the important list for corporation.

The managers attitude is absolutely atrocious. The owner should be embarrassed by the lack of meat and topping on the sandwichs. Well, except for the gallon of mayo. Don't waste your time or money with this location.
I was able to get a refund by contacting corporate. The manager didn't care when I expressed concerns and told me that she knows how to make a perfect sandwich in a snarky tone.

I just left the Blue Ash Jimmy John's for the last time, never going back. For the 2nd time I visited that you didn't have the wheat bread, at dinner time. And the young girls attitude was horrible, and that's reason enough not to go back.

My sandwich was poorly made. There was an item on the sandwich that was not listed on the menu. I then went back up to the order station and stood 4 foot away from an employee who absolutely just ignored me for several minutes. When they finally acknowledged me, I brought up the wrong item on my sub, and then unintelligiblly mumbled some sort of response and then just walked away. Complete waste of money, I will never come back to this location.

I order from here all the time and I don’t know if management changed but this location has completely gone down hill this year. Sad and disgusting. This last order I spent $100. Food was missing and just look at this sandwich… WHAT IS THIS? It’s literally just bread. The time before this I went to do a pick up and the person handed me a sandwich and told me to grab my own stuff. I DONT WORK HERE! Mind you I picked my order up 30 minutes after placing it so there is no reason my complete order was not bagged and ready for pick up. Every time I have picked up my food or gotten it delivered there either something missing, wrong, sloppy or just poor service given. The owner should literally be ashamed.

There are better Jimmy John’s out there, it was a fine, but overall disappointing experience. Bread was very stale/hard, toppings weren’t very fresh. Strange taste to the fountain drink (they were out of the bottled that I had ordered, it’s like a $.40 price difference but it’s not that serious lol) and no napkins. Staff was nice and order was made quickly though.

It was a cold winter day, raining, night time, and I thought I want to Jersey. Best mistake I ever made. I got a BLT with cheese and a double roast beef sandwich that was absolutely delicious. The bread was a little hard, but 15 seconds in the microwave softened it up perfectly. The staff was super friendly, and I highly recommend this place.
