I order from here all the time and I don’t know if management changed but this location has completely gone down hill this year. Sad and disgusting. This last order I spent $100. Food was missing and just look at this sandwich… WHAT IS THIS? It’s literally just bread. The time before this I went to do a pick up and the person handed me a sandwich and told me to grab my own stuff. I DONT WORK HERE! Mind you I picked my order up 30 minutes after placing it so there is no reason my complete order was not bagged and ready for pick up. Every time I have picked up my food or gotten it delivered there either something missing, wrong, sloppy or just poor service given. The owner should literally be ashamed.

There are better Jimmy John’s out there, it was a fine, but overall disappointing experience. Bread was very stale/hard, toppings weren’t very fresh. Strange taste to the fountain drink (they were out of the bottled that I had ordered, it’s like a $.40 price difference but it’s not that serious lol) and no napkins. Staff was nice and order was made quickly though.

It was a cold winter day, raining, night time, and I thought I want to Jersey. Best mistake I ever made. I got a BLT with cheese and a double roast beef sandwich that was absolutely delicious. The bread was a little hard, but 15 seconds in the microwave softened it up perfectly. The staff was super friendly, and I highly recommend this place.

My coworkers and me have ordered her about once a month within the past few years. The last 6 months has been the WORST food we’ve ever experience. Not one order has been correct. I don’t know how hard it is to read a screen, but it seems like everyone there doesn’t care. The credit we were due was denied. Acted like we never had one. We tried simplifying the order today and STILL COMPLETELY MESSED UP!!!!!
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS JIMMY JOHN'S! I ordered my food at 11:38am to be delivered between 12:15 and 12:30. I received a notification that it was on the way at 12:17. And then received a notification at 12:57 that it was delivered. It was not. Finally, while I'm on hold waiting for the manager to come back on the line (to which I was on hold for 10 minutes), the driver finally pulls up with my order, AT 1:17! An hour after it said it was out for delivery. I understand everyone is short staffed, but this was absolutely ridiculous!DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM, BECAUSE YOU WILL GET SCREWED!If anyone from Jimmy John's would like the screen captures, I'd be more than willing to provide them.

We order from this location often. Service is great with our mobile order and ready when we arrive. I will say that we noticed a change in the sandwich filling this time. It seems mostly bread. Would rather you keep to the past with a substantial sandwich. We don’t want bread with a sliver of meat inside.

I’ve eaten here every now and then for awhile whether takeout delivery or eat in store, but the delivery driver Trey made my day the other day. Smart courteous and clean. Sandwich arrived as expected and he was just a great guy. I tipped him on two different services because the first didn’t work, and he texted me and made sure to decline the one that didn’t work at first once his app [cashapp] was working. Never had a complaint with the food.
