Rude staff/management they have a couple of awesome cashiers that carry that store but our family and some of my neighbors have finally called it quits never going there again.. oh and here’s a picture of our cake order also that we placed I actually even called three different times during the week to make sure the order got put in and I kept hearing and they kept telling me that it was OK the manager would have it put in I’m sure it’s OK don’t worry etc. etc. you don’t have to call back unless it makes you feel better well it was for my grandson‘s first birthday so it’s super important. I ordered a full sheet cake decorated with Pokémon and 12 Cocomelon cupcakes and when my husband went to pick it up I had a quarter sheet cake with no decorations and here’s what he brought back to this large party. I knew I never should have tried to go back lol

Unfortunately, there is not enough employees to make this Deli usable. It takes 45 minutes to get served because of long lines and lack of service. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because at least the Deli is clean and Chris was extremely nice.

Excellent customer service today. I haven’t shopped inside the store since the pandemic. I’m a “pick up “ gal now. Kudos to Joseph in Customer service and my cashier Lukas and our bagger Elijah! Back story, I needed antifreeze. In between taking my daughter to the various fall festivals, I needed to grab some. Went to Advanced Auto Parts and the antifreeze was $15 for a gallon. Hummm. I didn’t pay this much the last time I purchased it there. Pulled my phone up, open my Kroger app and they had name-brand antifreeze for $7.49. It pays double check before spending your money!

I tried for the first time a pick up order and though they tell you to stay in the car, GET OUT and CHECK the order. I was missing ALL of my refrigerator items. I called customer service they credited my account but I still have to go back to shop since I really needed my milk and beef carrots pasta sauce tortellini. If I ever use this service I will surly get out and check the order.

The service at Blue Ash was not great today. We actually had a manager Matt have a conversation with two men at the meat counter however they declined to serve anyone that was waiting. Not a good look

Only recommended because I'm hoping this is temporary. Third time we've had to throw away meat from the counter. We've also gotten some terrible produce. All that and higher prices.

there were only 2 lines open on a Friday night. Unbelievable!!! It took me 40 minutes to get through the checkout. slowly people were brought up to open another line. But some people left, I had invested to much time shopping to leave all my stuff.
