Ordered a cake online for pickup. Tried calling at my pickup time as I had not received a text that order was done. No one would answer phone. Went to store. They did not have my order or my cake. When I told them I placed the order online was told, "oh I wouldn't trust that." Then why does Kroger bakery offer online orders???The lady did offer to write on an already made cake off the shelf for me, which was appreciated.Will not use this kroger bakery again for sure!

Be leary of "close out" items. When I got to the register, they show up full price 😡. Someone isn't doing the pricing between shelf and register!

Great store with an unusually extensive kosher section, including live deli. Closes early on Friday afternoons and the day before Jewish holidays. Kosher wine available too.

Be careful who cuts your deli meat. Half of the ppl r great. The younger ones usually don't give a crud about what you want.
