We ordered our pizza online and Marco’s own website said it would be delivered at 6:55 pm. At 7:33 I called to ask where our pizza was as it was not yet delivered. The person who answered the phone said it was enroute. I told him I needed to speak with the manager as no one knew why it was late. Is it typical for your drivers to badger customers for tips?!!
Your driver asked my husband for a tip no less than 3 times. Each time he told we gave her a tip when we ordered online and she told him and no would ask again.
I’ll be honest, if I could have rescinded the tip due to poor customer service I would have. She did call to apologize because we did indeed tip her. But she was already incredibly rude.
Order was due at noon, three phone calls later, it was finally delivered at 1:15pm. First excuse, they were slammed with orders, second excuse was GPS took the driver to a different location. No reach to say they were lost until five minutes before it came. Regular side salads came with two packets of dressing while family size salad came with one dressing. Hot food came cold.
