I placed my order online at 9:30 for a delivery at 11:30. I didn’t not get my order until 11:56. When the order was brought in I notice that I did not get my drink I ordered. I ran outside to let the driver know that I did received my drink and he told me I did not get one. I tried to show him the receipt and he just kept shacking his head no. So I came back inside and called the store to let them know that I did not get my drink I was told oh well I don’t know I can see if someone can drop it off for you. I went to eat the pizzoli I ordered and it was burnt. Here it is a hour later and still have not got my drink.

It's better than spending 30 dollars on mcdonald's.
I would rather eat here for a fraction of the cost.

Got food through doordash, and the wings and pizza were cold on arrival. Completely pathetic because I ordered the food hours in advance to be delivered. When it seems like they cooked it when I put in the request. Yet I wanted it delivered a few hours later. What showed up was absolute garbage. Cold wings, and cold pizza. What a waste of time and money bc of your alls incompetence

We ordered our pizza online and Marco’s own website said it would be delivered at 6:55 pm. At 7:33 I called to ask where our pizza was as it was not yet delivered. The person who answered the phone said it was enroute. I told him I needed to speak with the manager as no one knew why it was late. He came to the phone and when I asked why it was late he said he had no idea why; he repeated back to me it was enroute. I asked have you communicated to the driver to find out what has happened to them? Maybe something is wrong. He got really angry and said mam I don’t have time to call my drivers to see where they are! In response to his rude answer to me my husband spoke up and said that would be the last time we call this location as we order frequently. I spoke up and said we would be calling corporate about his rude behavior and he said mam I am sorry you feel like that and hung up on me. This man has no business as a manager. He is uncaring about the welfare of those who work for him. I used to work for Dominos years ago and if one of my deliveries was that late I would have been upset if my manager didn’t call to find out if I was alright. Secondly he has no temperament to work with the public. and lastly, the owner reached out and told us to contact him in such a way that I figured he really didn’t care either. This place is a skip it!!!

I called & made a delivery order for my teenage son (I was down the road at an event). We live a 1/4 mile away but it was at night & I didn't want him to walk up there.I placed the order at 8:13p & they said it would be there "in about 30 minutes". I called back at 9p & they said they got busy, it was the next one out, & would be 25 minutes or less.I then called back at 9:38p to ask what was going on. I was told the pizza has been done, but they haven't had a DoorDash driver pick up the delivery (meaning a DoorDash driver hadn't even claimed it yet).Here's my thing...if you don't actually deliver the pizza & depend on a 3rd party company to do that...you need to let people know. Don't say it's going to be there in a certain amount of time if no one has even claimed the delivery. I told them to cancel the delivery & refund me the delivery fee & tip because I'd have my son walk there to pick it up.I was obviously aggravated during my 3rd call & the most infuriating thing is no Marcos employee (I spoke to two of them) Offered an apology.I started writing this review immediately. As I was finishing the last paragraph, I get a text saying the DoorDash driver had picked up the pizza so I called back immediately. They told me the pizza had just been picked up. I said "Why? I told you to cancel the delivery & now my son is halfway to the store. So now the pizza will be sitting on my porch getting cold as my son turns around to head back home!"I finally got a half-hearted apology.Being the closest pizza spot to our house, we've gone there a ton. Never again.Final complaint, I asked for "contact less delivery" & the DoorDash guy kept ringing the doorbell at our house.What in the world is going on at this store? Unreal. I probably still got charged the $5 delivery fee & $5 tip I left for a $13 order from a store that's (again) less than 1/4 mile from my house.Never again.
