Refused to give my husband my mobile order because he wasn’t me. I was at home watching children I couldn’t go. Then made him pay more money for them to make it and gave me a coffee instead of hot chocolate
Received a melting stale ice cream cone! after waiting for drinks while took a good 10 minutes to get.
Love the redesign. Cashier was very friendly and quick, new McFlurry is yummy!

McDonald's in Blue Ash may be a bit tricky to navigate, but the food has consistently impressed customers.
