Ordered no cheese, got cheese. Ordered an Apple pie, got a strawberry cream pie. Fries were hot and the wife got a Coke like she ordered. Took 30 minutes in the drive thru only for the staff to yell to park in lane 1 like it was our fault. Went to the Reading, Ohio location 5 minutes down the road and they crushed it. I’ll have pic at their location. Never coming here again.

Have not been to a McDonalds in a long time...and after this I will not be back...FOR A LONG TIME. Got a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, no onion and McNuggets. Food did not take long but the Quarter Pounder was dry and luke-warm at best. McNuggets (what was I thinking?) also not hot. To make matters worse, the Quarter Pounder alone was almost $5! Nope! There are other places with similar prices and better quality.

Was charged incorrectly, the food I received was wrong or missing part of it, fries weren't in the bag and I had to go back to get them separately.

This is the worst experience I've had with any McDonald's and I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Dont put someone on a drive through speaker that you can't hear even at the window. Feed is always sloppy at this location and idk why I even go through the drive through, I always have to go back inside bc my order is wrong. Then after I tell them they act like it's my fault and are so rude. If you don't like dealing with the public or people in general then get a different job. The morning crew at this location is excellent and actually care about their job.

Ordered breakfast on the app. Got ready for work then drove over 15 minutes later thinking no problem my food would be ready. Waited 26 minutes and food never came out. After about 10 minutes of waiting I started to count the cars going through the drive thru and they served 36 cars before I got frustrated enough to go inside to ask where my simple order of a drink, sandwich, and hash brown was. 6 people waiting in the lobby where I waited 7 minutes and never saw a worker. After over 30 minutes of waiting I left and went to work without my food. I called back after my shift to get my money back (app auto takes) and the manager was rude and acted like she didn’t have time for me. She told me that I could get a replacement meal, but no refund.

I ordered on the app and went to get my order. They pulled my car for a 4 piece nugget. They pulled the next 2 car behind me I'm assuming for the same reason. I decided to go inside and I see they have the two orders behind me ready who were WHITE people and somehow mysteriously missed my order. I knew they were prejudice, but his was outright blatant. I asked for a refund and since I ordered on app he refused and said I had to get refund on app which there is not an option. I will never spend another dollar at any McDonald's restaurant in the world and now they've passed off the right person.

My order is usually never wrong. But as of late the whole store has bad vibes and they are very rude. It happens both in-store and the drive-through. The staff thinks that the customer is the inconvenience.

Had an issue with the kiosk and Bailey, the manager was very friendly and very helpful with fixing the issue.

This location suffers likes the rest. They put two self serve kiosks in the lobby which enables them to hide in the back or behind the mc cafe bunker and not tend to the customers at the front counter. Ray Kroc is rolling right now.

Literally worst McDonalds around. Went today for a McChicken and a Dr.Pepper. The worker didn’t use my code so I didn’t get the discount after I told them the code twice. Wasn’t done talking and they just said “PULL FORWARD” The scan my card hand it right back then slammed the window. At the next window they tell me my card had been used twice. I ask them what that means and they instantly catch an attitude and blame me for it. The workers incompetence and impatience ended up becoming my fault because she didn’t let the card reader go through before giving the card back. To make things even better they forget the drink so I tell them it’s a Dr.Pepper. The hand me a coke and slam the window shut. Lovely place with lovely workers and management

The stupid manager said my package was waiting there and when I asked if I could have it she said it was none of my business. You could have just given me the package instead of saying that. Is it so difficult to use your mind? Haven't you learned your lesson from humanity?

Went thru drive thru. Employees and managers very rude. Was told to pull forward, while three cars were already waiting in the spots. I declined stating that the spots were already full. Was told again to pull forward, again declined stating everyone is waiting for food and there were already cars pulled into spots. Manager came over and told me I had to pull forward, again declined stating everyone is waiting on food to be made. Went and got a large gentleman to "intimidate" me and told to pull forward again. I asked, is the food behind me ready, looked at screen and said "I dont know". Ok I'll wait for my food here. When food was ready, was thrown at me and bag ripped, asked for another bag and transfered my food into bag. Told them it's jot my job to make your numbers better, it's yours. If we as consumers actually held them accountable instead of allowing this, they may actually get better.

50% of the time or more, something is wrong with my order, they don't ask if what's on the screen is right (drive-thru) and they just faceroll buttons to get through screen to tell you the price.
