First time, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff (tone of voice and body language), then I didn't get any napkins, nor sauce I ordered, and the food was cold. Second time, I went through the drive thru and asked for a cup of water, I was told it would be $0.25, but I needed to circle back around and get behind 6 other cars. Third time, I had a late dinner after work (it was about 9:30pm) paid through the app. mobile order, read the code to the woman at the speaker, pulled around to find no one at the window and two workers walking outside. They told me they had to close early for maintenance. I asked how to cancel to get the money back and was told they were closed so they couldn't help me. Three strikes...never going back!

Slow. Absolutely no urgency. Waited over 25 minutes for 3 cheeseburger, nuggets and fries. More worried about mobile app orders than live people

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS. IVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES. MANAGERS A AND STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL. AN RESTROOMS AR ALWAYS EXCELLENT. I COME HER 6TIMES A WEEK.KEEP UP GREAT SERVICE

Came with my friend. They weren’t super polite but that’s okay I’m not overly offended. The issue is more so the wait time. Somehow they don’t have fries so I’m among a group all waiting for fries. I was told an assigned spot but they still didn’t even know what my order was. Why assign a spot then? It’s not a big deal I’m sure they’re trying their best but this is just a new experience for me. At least the fries will be fresh

Line at drive through went around the building but only using one speaker to take orders. When getting the food the drive through person hardly ever talk and they all seem to hate their job and hate the customers. Foods always half assed like they didn’t care. This location gets plenty business and plenty of money in to let that be its downfall. Do better management! Shouldn’t take hour to take my order only using one speaker and one window.

The most unfriendly folks work here. They don't give you your receipt and they barely say a word to you or just outright ignore you. On top of that, I was told to pull forward and wait; where I waited 10 additional minutes for my order. I understand it's McDonalds, and I don't expect a 5 star experience, but come on.

This McDonald’s does not give receipts at the first window pull up to the second window to get food and you still don’t get a receipt ordered four chicken strips today only got two and no receipt horrible service terrible people that work there it’s unfortunate because it’s the only McDonald’s close to where I live

Ordered 2 burritos. Apparently they were out and didn't tell us. Someone came in through the drive thru and also ordered burritos. They got theirs within 5 minutes. We had to wait 15 more minutes and at least 6 orders to get ours and they didn't even offer a refund or anything

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I think this McDonald’s should be shut down because who ever is hiring clearly doesn’t even interview these damn people. So me and my girlfriend went into McDonald’s and ordered our food, we then sat at our table and waited FOURTY FIVE MINUTES. For our food while the cook was smoking in the back and making other people’s food WITHOUT GLOVES!!! :| we saw our order disappear off the screen after awhile of waiting and then decided to walk up and say something, I avoided doing this for some time because I do have social anxiety and I just assumed they were busy. I told the guy we were waiting on the food and he apologized and immediately made it but definitely seemed out of it. Will not be coming back.

I mobile order and every time they forget something. while I find that part annoying the part I i am the most frustrated with is when I go through the drive through a second or sometimes third time the employees always have a horrible attitude.
