Windy City is my favorite! The pies used to be a little bit thicker; for some reason, they've gotten thinner over the last couple of years ??‍♂️ but still an excellent pie!

If you order carryout, check your order before leaving. Because if you notify them that it was wrong, and you paid $1 extra for an ingredient that you didn't receive, all you'll get is a "sorry, give us another chance". I was told their cooks would be reminded that "Florentine" means spinach. That's pretty basic knowledge in an Italian restaurant. Other than that, the food was delicious... except for the very mediocre garlic bread. There's no excuse for what they serve. The staff at the front were friendly enough. This was my first time ordering; I will give them another shot. But I will check my order before leaving. A dollar here & there adds up quickly, for them.

We had a take deep dish veggie pizza. It was good not Chicago style but good deep dish.

Used to be one of my favorite places to go in Blue Ash. Close the kitchen 30 minutes before the restaurant closes? Great customer service! Managed restaurants for years. Our staffs would allow customers to come in 1 minute before close and serve them until they were done. Just an example of how the world has moved on...

Eating my pizza as we speak and I had to take a second to come and say thank you! You guys have restored my outrageous love for pizza with the fresh and authentic taste that luckily has stayed the same. I fell in love after trying the Loveland location but after a few visits the quality went down hill. I've switched to your location and haven't been let down since.

There are a lot of pizza places around, not sure why Mio's coupons only work at certain locations. I guess they are too busy to worry about promotions. I called in a carryout order for a custom stuffed pizza and an Italian hoagie with mayo, mustard and Italian dressing, and I got dry hoagie with two packs of mayo on the side. They did not seem to be busy at all, yet pizza appears to be thrown together. See pics...

Ordered the Windy City pizza and it was terrible. The crust was dry, toppings skimpy, and cheese/sauce lacking. Years ago Mio's served a decent pie, but has gone way downhill. The only reason for two stars is the staff was pretty good even with most of them just standing around. The few who hustled actually kept on top of things.I will not be returning or suggesting anyone actually eat at this location.

Waitresses are super nice and attentive. The food was great! Will be visiting them again soon.

Used to dine in weekly. Always tried to recommend to friends. Yesterday a bad experience, not sure if due to our asian faces...first a middle-age servant brought water, my wife asked for lemon politely...later she did brought lemon, but in a napkin which sticks to the lemon slice... then she obviously abandon our table and a new waitress came to serve our table...then she forgot to bring utensils; then forgot the spoon for our soup; then we asked her and she never came back; we had to ask the third person for a spoon....we are not sure if we should come again...

Food was awful and the service was just as bad. I could understand waiting for over 30 minutes for food when you have a full house. When there are 2 other tables with people, that's just not acceptable. Refills were hard to come by as our waiter just wasn't interested in helping us at all. Will not be returning since obviously good food and halfway decent service is just so hard to come by here and I'd suggest you do the same.

I was rather disappointed today. I ordered on line and arrived 20 minutes after I ordered which was right in time for pick up a my order confirmation stated. I drove straight home. Which was 15 minutes. My Florentine pizza was cold and looked like it was baked 2 hours before. It was dry and overdone. I was so disappointed. I also got wings which were fresh and pretty hot. I hadn't been to Mio's since the Hyde Park Location closed and was pretty excited about. my order today. Sadly it was a real let down.

We wanted to order a Mio's stuffed pizza Friday at about 6 PM. Their website does not clearly state a phone number. Found the number in the net. Called and was on hold for over 10 min, then hung up and called Donatos. Sad way to run a business.
