Tables and floors filthy. A simple wipe down and thorough vacuum would go a long way. And it’s not due to being understaffed. There were about 5-6 employees working.

Gone down hill a lot since I first started going. The value is no longer there. Food is not as good. Wouldn't even go there on my own but friends wanted to meet there for coffee. If you really need Panerai save the cost of a trip to their restaurant and buy it in the grocery. I don't recommend their food.

When I first arrived at this Panera there was someone at the counter. After going to the bathroom I was saddened to find that was no longer the case. All I really needed was a cup since I could have used the app to order my Sip Club drink. I had to stand at the counter for multiple minutes and wait for someone to return to the counter.

Location is only open till 8pm while normal locations are open till 9pm. Went the dining room area was trashed garbage all over food crumbs in the booth seats and tables. I asked for a rag to be able to clean a table so I could sit down without sitting in food crumbs. Told the mgr he's the one who gave me a rage said he was going to get a person on taking care of the issues. Location was very slow employees out numbered customers about 8-10 employees and 2 customers. No napkins, garbage overflowing condiments empty. This location needs a major shake up. 2-3 employees messing around on there phones. A guy came and got the overflowing dishes the rest of the garbage and dirty tables left untouched. If I order chicken noodle soup I spect CHICKEN & NOODLES in my soup . If you’re only going to serve me the soup with no chicken or noodles at that point just cancel my order and say it sold out . - The soup is salty and cold .Also for the short guy saying “no hablo espańol” I don’t need your “funny” sarcasm, instead just do your job because people already frustrated to be waiting for their food .

Seems like this location routinely forgets to add items to the order. 3 for 3 missing items on last orders. Today it was missing the cheese on my french onion soup, so this is the last time going here.

This is by far the WORST Panera I’ve ever had or been to. The whole restaurant is dirty. The employees are lazy, rude and clueless. The bathrooms are beyond gross with no paper towels, and I came out to at least get a napkin and those were out too! My food is hard as rocks. They forgot to give me my bagel but once I got it, it was hard as hell too. I lost my appetite and money and I am NOT happy about it! I came here starving and craving what is normally my favorite meal. I definitely deserve a refund plus more to convince me to ever return!Stay away!!! ?

We visited Panera Bread about two weeks ago and were completely disappointed by the taste and quality of the food. Our family ordered chicken noodle soup, and it was horrible in terms of taste, it seemed like unfresh canned soup rather than freshly made. Although the green goodness salad was good and fresh, the soup was a disaster. I do not recommend ordering soup at this particular location to anybody

When the geniuses at corporate changed the menu the food and choices became sad...I will never go back ...I havextried but even losing the ability to taste with covid won't help the lack of edible misfortunes...sorry run to anywhere else....
