We had a great experience with Pizza Hut , we ordered a delivery order which came in perfectly on time for my gathering and it was pretty much warm we all enjoyed it. It’s Pizza Hut for the next time as well.

I visited this Pizza Hut location and my order was supposed to be ready at 11:56. There were only two employees working, and one of them was sitting and talking on the phone during work hours.
I asked when my order would be ready, and I was told it would take another 15 minutes. My time was important because I had work to do. Employees should be working during work hours and not using their phones.
I hope this issue will be addressed. Thank you.

Absolute Beauty
I walked in right behind a Caucasian and he was helped immediately they jumped so fast to help him and then looked right at me after he got his order and proceed to go work on the fryer while I stood there for at least 5 minutes and then had to call the restaurant number for someone to come to the front so I could get assistance, the young man who works there was great but everyone else seemed to not care.

We placed a carry out order online that included a double order or breadsticks and 2 extra cups of marinara. Brought it home and realized there was no marinara with our order. We don’t live far from this location so I drove back up there thinking they forgot it. I was told that they were out of marinara until the truck arrives tomorrow. Sorry but nothing they could do about it. So I said “maybe tell us when we picked it up. Maybe not charge us for the additional cups. (I know it was only a couple dollars but it was the principle of the matter). The guy just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know and walked away. I guess customer service is not something they prioritize in employees

I placed an order for six pizzas and received a confirmation email. The store canceled my order and didn’t even try to notify me. I drove there late at night, wasting time and gas, only to be told by the employee, a husky older man with a goatee, that he assumed I wouldn’t show up. When I calmly showed him my confirmation email, he snapped, “I know you can get that phone out of my face.” Completely unprofessional and rude.
I filed a complaint through Pizza Hut’s system and was told I’d get a response in 3 business days. No one followed up. They waste your time, cancel orders without telling you, and then yell at you when you show proof.

Ordered a delivery pizza for dinner. $5 delivery charge plus driver tip. It took 20 mins AFTER their estimated delivery time. When it finally arrived, we received no apology or explanation from driver or store. The pizza itself was undercooked, doughy, and lukewarm. We left it half uneaten. Not doing this again.

513 Fence
When 513 Fence is out installing fence, we need a dependable restaurant nearby that we can get a good lunch delivered to the job site. Pizza Hut is always a good option for us.
I really wish there was a way to give negative stars. I ordered some pizzas from the kenwood location and made sure to leave notes for them to be well done. Well apparently that pissed them off because not only were they not well done, they were extremely undercooked to the point of being doughy. We tried putting them in the oven to at least make them edible, but all that did was make the toppings slide off and became a mess. Definitely won’t ever get pizza from here again, and no one else should either.
