I order from this location often and this is my last time, I’m vegetarian and this is the 3rd time they’ve put meat on my food. It’s surprising considering you get charged extra for extra meat, so why are you putting meat on an order that says no meat? It makes me very sick to the point it could hospitalize me . I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but a little effort and care goes a long way to your customers.

Just received a delivery order. Guacamole that is on our bowls and side of guacamole is so spoiled. Completely brown. They obviously knew they were sending out spoiled food.

Just went in today and the service was horrible. My wife and I been coming here for years and now they implement rules on how much you can get. I only got a veggie bowl today. No shell. No rice. No meat. I got extra beans and when it came to the tomatoes they were skimpy and tried to charge me for extra. Barely gave me enough lettuce or cheese either. The bowl looked pretty small for $9.75
I went back after not going for a long time and service is even worse and the manager that helped me was extremely rude tried to rush me and didn't even get my order right. Literally he told me to go to Chipotle next time.
